Pangea Petroleum Corporation, an independent energy company, engages in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas reserves in the onshore United States, primarily on the Gulf Coast. As of December 31, 2003, the company had total proved reserves of 469 BBLS of oil and 80,693 MCF of gas. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
the Gulf is not a good place to be at the moment, anymore info and DD,I cannot not get an accurate OS/float count.I see they have 2 full time employees (which is normal for most ONG stocks, most riggers work off flat rate per job)

Whats your mopar collection look like?
Hold-em, right now it's just my 71 Superbee 383 4spd, and a 36 5window coupe that a 360/727 is going in to. Had a 70 Challenger T/A, 2 70 Challenger RT/SE's and a 67 Coronet R/T. Maybe you've seen my Bee on 'My Classic Car'? Or High Perf Mopar a few years ago? LOL, I'm bragging now, but that's my baby.

Quest, what do you think of OMOG? I'm impressed with there website, constant communication with the shareholders through there weekly newsletter and available information that a lot of company's don't share. The downside is the 1.3 billion o/s, or about 4 times AMEP and that they are Pink, but don't worry about that as much with the constant communication through their newsletters. .0135 x .0142 with the promise no more shares to be issued and looks like the Tennessee project is going well (no pun intended)..and they're suing the former crooks of the company to boot...I like what I see at this price but value your expertice in this area. Thanks

Not really Superbee, I don't think they made stroker motors with fuel efficency in mind. LOL I think if I leave no rubber at any lights it comes in around 8 or 9 mpg. and the 34 3 window with blown 302 is not much better! LOL

BULListic....not a big fan of pinks at all, many are easy to buy buy hard to sell.If the right momo they may be ok to flip once in a while but theres far to much room for corruption and although the OS is very high and they claim not to add shares whats to keep them from reverse splitting to tighten up the holdings? Not saying they will at all and since I was red flagged when I first started DD'ing them months ago I am surely not in a quaified position to comment on the company in depth.I hope they do take off like a few other pinks in the ONG sector,we could all use a break but for now my DD and discipline tells me to sit back and watch that one.
