Big time gapper, plus last week of month is also is a gapper. Look at the 1st of each month the past 3 months every 1st of the month a good rise, let's hope NOV 1st is another trend.
A break of .01 and I don't see resistance until .025. The move will not depend on news IMO if we break .01 it should lift us off into a technical breakout

Innotelco signs USD2.2m contract with Bus d.o.o. 10/26/05
Oct 26, 2005 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Innotelco Inc (Other OTC: ILCO.PK), a telecommunication hardware and network solutions provider, announced on Tuesday (25 October) that it has signed a contract with Bus d.o.o. (Preduzeaee za radiodifuziju I telekomunikacije d.o.o. "BUS" Kovin), to provide telecommunication products and accessories.
The contract is valued at USD2.2m. Under the contract Innotelco will supply a variety of cables for telecommunication and television equipment.
Innotelco specialises in servicing emerging markets looking to expand their telecommunications networks.

Did the chart say dilution, I'm pissed that most sold on MoMo, the RB board cleared out after the major sell off, some daytraders killing this one. This could be the end. IMHO.
