it bounced off .0007 three times now.. running from 7 to 11/12 (50%+) on about 10 million volume.
They are an investment company and are prohibited from selling shares to pay for services. They can issue restricted shares to purchase assets, so I believe they are not diluting to raise capital as it is illegal from them to do so!
This is a good find. We shall see if it can bounce tomorrow!

News is 10 days old, but thought it made for some thoughtful reading. Not quite sure what to make of it, other than the company is checking to see if they made some errors in judgement. - LIL - I have yet to find an error in judgement on your part - I have a buy for 1M in for tomorrow opening.

(OTCBB:SNNW) (Frankfurt:WKN#570891) ("SNNW") files its June 30, 2005 quarterly report (Form 10-Q): We recently filed a periodic report under Form 10-Q which indicates certain difficulties which delayed the filing. We wish to elaborate on these difficulties. The company filed its election to be governed as a business development company under Sections 55 through 65 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and gave notification of its intent to sell its stock in a private placement under Form 1-E. In connection with a comment letter from the SEC, we determined that the Company has not made its status as an investment company known to the investment community and that certain actions, including our website and press releases might improperly suggest to the investment community that the Company continues as an operating company, contrary to the intention and design to become a business development company. For that reason, the Company intends to clarify its status and may re-file certain filings over the coming weeks to insure that its status as a business development company is properly described in those filings.
The company recognizes that, as a business development company, it is obligated to insure compliance with the requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940, requirements which include a prohibition against the issuance of shares of its common stock for services. This question was raised by the SEC in their comment letter and has been discussed in phone conversations and the company has indicated to the SEC that it intends to investigate whether any of its shares issued in connection with the resignation of certain of its previous officers or directors could be considered to be shares issued for services. The Company has not yet determined whether any such shares were improperly issued or what actions might be required including but not limited to the rescission of the share transactions.
Present management is conducting a review of all previous transactions with the assistance of its independent auditors and outside counsel to determine if any of its actions were not fully in conformity with any of the rules or regulations in connection with the Investment Company Act of 1940. In connection with this review, certain controls will likely be adopted to insure future compliance and these will be explained in future filings. The company has not uncovered any financial irregularities nor do we believe that our controls regarding company assets, investments and financial information are inadequate but we are undertaking a review of all such controls. The Company has also sought guidance from the SEC as to the proper accounting methodology required in connection with its acquisition of Aventura Networks, LLC.

Bid is .0007, Ask is .0008 without premarket or a morning gap. You're looking at a 5-Day High of .0013 and a 20-Day High of .0023. This is another one I wouldn't get married to. You'll be fortunate to get in at .0008, and it might see .0015 before it pulls back and then tests .002, if it has REAL big volume, otherwise it will be a short run. Barcharts shows the 5-Day High at .008 now, but that was a typo, a fatfinger they didn't correct at barcharts. It's really .0013 for a 5-Day and .0023 for a 20-Day.

I haven't or would I ever suggest that anyone has to report when and at what PPS they exist a stock play. I only suggest that not only pro information be posted, but con information be posted if it is readily available, and blatantly obvious. The onus is on the individual if/when to buy and sell a stock. It is also the individual's responsibility to investigate, learn, and understand all they can about a play not to blindly follow and/or take someone word for it.

i think the negative aspect of the stock is left out most of the time because momo usually carries the stock

Then it's important to know where and how to find the negative for yourself, isn't it? It is probably beneficial to recognize reality from hype, (momo). One might expect to have more success if they improved those two skills for themselves.

I was anticipating a run last Thursday - Friday. After watching SNNW yesterday, I though it would start a run in the afternoon. The level II's show one more at .0008 and then I think it will go today. Not looking for a gap. Check the charts for yourself. (JMO)

yes will, that is one of the only good things to posting it. but from experience i was never told the negatives and i have learned to find it on my own.
IMO you dont need to deal with most of the negatives if you dont hold a penny longer than a day
