Shoot if I posted every stock I lost on in this list, I would still be typing the list, lol. These are just the kings in there field. GBMS (AFRT) did 5 r/s in 2 years. Do you realize you would have had to buy 250 trillion (yes trillion) shares in 1/1/2004 just to own one share today. these scams I posted are just an examples of the extremes.

You know, I get PM's all the time for advice on some of these. I will only really say absolutely no on few stocks. But if your going to play long which I ill advise in this market at least deversify big time. Try to pick OTCBB over pinks when all possible because you at least know something about them from the filings. But believe me if you want to know how people on this board feels about a stock just ask. Someone will tell you real quick, lol.

Ooooooo I get to add the king of crapperous: WHLI, previously known as WNHL. R/S every 6 months. After most recent R/S, had approx. 26 mil OS; now trades nearly 300 mil shares and barely moves.

What about NNOS? I've heard it called a pump and dump on this baord before, and it defintely seems to be having corporate trouble, financial trouble, and MM stock manipulation -- and the price has bottomed out as of late -- but the technology seems sound from what research I've done, although it could all be smoke and mirrors (the company used to be legit, some years back, but now it's hard to tell). So is it a scam or just a company with problems? And NNGY was tagged as a naked/scam stock, but it's supposedly clear now -- down in price, so it might run again, as it also has some nice tech behind it .... or do think this is still a potential scam? Hmmmm...

Unfortunately some good companies have bad stocks. And yes I call it a scam because they are selling shares as if they were a product and then either lie about stopping dilution while there shares become massive like cmkx or prrm. Or they dump then do reverse splits then start over again like GBMS THPHF and NNOS.
The company hides the dilution until they can r/s again and NNOS is about do again. They haven't even filed financial since January and was kicked off the otcbb for it.
But Prrm has real assets and growing business but there stock is a scam at a massive 71 billion share dump. THPHF floods the market with shares yet if you looked at the business you would say wow. Yet they could care less about there shareholders and every price increase they dump faster then anyone can buy.
NNOS since there last r/s has started dumping again and to hide it they refuse to file. Thats got them kicked down to pinksheet and probably have the SEC on them soon. What MM manipulation? Did the MM's stop them from filing or updating there shareholders on the o/s. No. Even if it was just a company in trouble that has nothing to do with them being up to date on there filing unless they are hiding something.

I don't think ICAN should be on this list (yet!). Ed the CEO has not been very true to his word but he has not posted false information, had any R/S (also yet) and the price hasn't fallen too far from where most people on this board have bought in.

I don't know if it's #10 but yes it belongs on the list. Come on now, this was the classic p&d to the letter. They announced this great PR were the company was going to split assets to a OTCBB and give Divy's. They used all the P&D site to promote the stock. Known pumpers started posting on the boards. Once it started running, Ed announced he was buying back shares. They do the classic forward divy. Then after the run was over, oops we decided not to split off to OTCBB which was the main reason most signed on. Then all of a sudden the O/S magically grew by a large amount. I just wonder how much they made off the investors from that dump? Then comes the I am sorry and it must be naked shorting. The ones that got caught holding start wishing and hoping but can't see that this was a classic pinksheet move.

I don't see UNQT fitting your description. Yes, it went down, but it was not dilluted. It in fact had around 2/3 of it's stock retired. Don't be putting naked shorted sale shares on the list; it's not very nice to compare CMKX with the likes of UNQT.

TFCT (the prizewise stock), which became TFCY has to be up there. This burned a lot of people, inlcuding myself. Just an example of investing with hope instead of the head.
