Amelot Holdings Launches New Investor Relations Web Site

CHEYENNE, Wyo, Sept. 22, 2005, Sep 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD) today announced the launch of a new investor relations Web site, http://www.amelotholdings.com/project. The Web site offers investors a comprehensive resource of easy-to-find information to help them stay up-to-date with developments of the Company's Kerr 1-H Oil and Gas project in Texas.
Contents of the site include the history and geological studies of Kerr 1-H well, as well as shareholder information and the most recent news releases. The site will be updated regularly to summarize the company's progress in commercial development of Kerr 1-H properties. The contents of the Web site will be expanded over time to include additional information useful to investors.

Amelot Holdings owns a 10% working interest in the Kerr 1-H properties with an option to purchase an additional 5% interest.
