I have "NO" idea... I have been a faithful shareholder for several years now (shame on me!!!)...
I will say,we are better off without Bruce Kamm... SO LONG BRUCE!!! YOU BY YOURSELF ALMOST DESTROYED THIS COMPANY... ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR EGO....
Bruce made several statements in emails to me about changes coming... never disclosed anything other than the Bentley's web-site was going to be enhanced... my guess is the company was using Bruce Kamm to develop their on software and web-site all along planning on dumping Bruce... What an idiot...
I have already been in contact by e-mail with Anna... I plan on drilling this company until they attempt to make something happen...
Get the word out...

SARASOTA, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 20, 2005 -- The Board of Directors of Bentley Commerce Corporation (OTC BB:BLYC.OB - News) (www.bentleycommerce.com) announced that the termination of Bruce Kamm as CEO and CFO, occurred after an extensive investigation and discussions with Mr. Kamm and his legal counsel. Mr. Kamm refused to cooperate with the investigation, or settle the matter reasonably. Rather, after he was informed of his termination, Mr. Kamm prevented access to the software system that the private company he heads licensed to Bentley Commerce, to prevent it from managing its marketplace, accounts, and trade transactions. The Virtual Barter software program licensed to the company by Mr. Kamm's private company, Intertrade Capital Group LLC, is perpetual and cannot be cancelled without appropriate actions, as outlined in the licensing agreement. Bentley Commerce is taking the necessary steps to re-establish access to the system and to be in a position to properly serve its clients. In addition, the Company is evaluating with counsel and others its legal and business options with respect to this matter.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Letter to Bentley Commerce Corporation Shareholders
Based on the findings of an extensive investigation, the Board of Directors of Bentley Commerce Corporation terminated its CEO, Bruce Kamm, on September 14, 2005. Immediately upon termination Mr. Kamm egregiously denied Bentley access to the software system his private company, Intertrade Capital Group, licensed to Bentley, to prevent it from managing its marketplace, accounts, and trade transactions.
These temporary actions will not impede Bentley from moving forward to build a progressive and profitable company for its shareholders. We fully expect to complete this transition and emerge a must stronger company with significant opportunities for profitable future growth that we will announce in the very near future.
We will fully disclose the Board’s findings that led to the termination of Mr. Kamm in the upcoming 10K filing that is due out in just a few weeks. Be assured that the Board acted in full recognition of its duty to the Company and on behalf of the best interests of our shareholders. The Board took appropriate and immediate steps to correct problems uncovered in its investigation and will respond resolutely to the actions taken against the Company, as advised by its counsel.
You have our genuine commitment to build Bentley’s business and act on your behalf, while safeguarding your interests.

the last chapter might not be written yet !
In March I had inquired Bentely in regards to the barter system.
Today I received this email by a certain Bruno Kamm " If you are still interested in barter software, we welcome the opportunity to assist you.
Please not the new email address and contact information."

If you check the new website that is mentioned, there is no reference to Bentley on virtualbarter.net...so I don't know what this all means!

Just got the answer from Bentley in regards to Kamm continuing to sell licenses:
Hello Mr. xxxx,
I do not know whether Mr. Kamm is authorized to sell licenses for the Virtual Barter software. I can confirm that he was terminated as CEO of Bentley Commerce Corp. on September 14th. Mr. Kamm locked out Bentley from its software management system upon his termination.
All my best,
Anna Taylor
