(OTC Bulletin Board: MLAR - News) announced today an agreement with a well- established Internet / marketing company to create and implement two websites. The first website will be an e-commerce consumer website. This new site - to be on-line in the company's 3rd quarter - will be able to communicate the Micro Spray® revolution in nutrition and will present Micro Laboratories' full product offerings, its company information and mission.
The second website will be an investor relations site that will be able to effectively provide investors with the information they need to stay current on the business workings of Micro Laboratories.

USBL and Micro Laboratories Come to an Agreement
MILFORD, Conn., Sept 22, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The United States Basketball League, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USBL) and Micro Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MLAR) in a joint press release announce an exclusive marketing agreement agreed between the two companies.
