Just wait a minute! Are you and bill trying to tell me that the information you are talking about was right there in the SEC Filings? Are you sure you guys are reading the filing correctly. No one would recommend a stock with that kind of dilution about to ocurr. They would either had to miss that SEC Filing, ignored it, or not understood it. Old timers that recommend picks don't miss those kind of things and I'm sure they understand most SEC Filings. If this was going to be diluted I'm sure one of the veterans here would have seen it, and posted something, so others would be careful.

Remember 6 months or so ago Prdponce? FoTN is front loading and trying to run another one. It never ends. Did you see the p/m exchange that was posted between coldmoney (momo) and him on the GRDX thread the other day? Basically FoTN saying "you bring your sheep, I'll bring mine and we'll cash in." It's reprehensible and it still goes on. Front load, pump the hell out of it then cash out on the quick run while all the newbies are left bag holding. That's what this board has deteriorated to, nothing but self interest.

**Msg. From Momo*** I am very glad to see WILL has taken the time to do the DD Fatherof2 always leaves out. As he hypes up the stock he doesn't read the SEC filing. Who cares if the company is going to have a ad blitz. They want you to get in then dump shares to force PPS down. When ever a stock adds shares to o/s the PPS heads south. Prime example WHLI.... Fatherof2 doesn't care about you guys. He cares about your money. And what will said was correct. No true stock gru would leave out the SEC section of the DD. Makes me so proud you guys are questioning him. Now he will have to go back to his IR firm and get another pick... Not to mention this POS is on the SHO list. If you guys have members like WILL and upside to look at for you and keep FO2 honest then you will make money. But if you only look at the DD and stupid arseee chart you will lose everytime. Lil, I'm not jumping on you, all I'm saying is that there's no harm in doing it. Have you seen all the new posters here? They do follow you and others around. They see a pick by a veteran here and they jump on it. I'm just saying a little advice on both ends wouldn't hurt.

FoT posted it, and for some reasom either over looked or failed to post the negative information. Are you making him responsible for your decision? Was the information purposely left out? I have no way of knowing that. It would seem somewhat disingenuous if it were purposely not mentioned. I am not going to judge anyone's motives. I didn't lose any money on FoT picks. I quit playing them and found my own formula for making picks, which isn't very succesful lately. All of you that are pissing and moaning about getting stuck or holding the bag need to quit following and start learning these things for yourselves. If you don't know, ask. If you don't like the answer ask someone else, or ask it a different way, or learn more, and challenge the answer. Don't try to put the fact that you're lazy and want to make money off of someone elses picks on their doorstep. If you don't learn for yuorselves you will be prey for anyone that gets lucky with a couple of picks you might have made money off of. It only works if you guys let it work by being too lazy and greedy. The information was there, all you had to do is look for it. I'm gonna play SNNW with FoT and lil', not because they like it, but I saw a spike in the voume on 9/9/05. It is clearly a pos stock, but I ain't looking to hold it until it hits a dollar. If there's 50 to 100 % in it, so-be-it. These are penniy stocks and they run and fall back, .02, .05, .10 runs from .00XX are rare, very rare. Learn that too, and you won't be pissing and moaning and blaming others for your shortcomings.

Lil was defintely one of those I followed when I first showed up. I remain eternally grateful for those runs during which she "held my hand" with L2s and insights to MM behavior and a dozen other factors to consider.

If WILL or upside didn't mention it I am sure people would be jumping in it. Guys it's very easy to create a chart. I create a chart to make the public want to buy my plays once they run... PR is just a pump by the company to attract new buyers... What needs to be known is the intentions of the CEO. Is he going to R/S? Will he add shares... If the answer is no then feel free to jump in. Not because I knew the r/s was going to come. The first thing I do is read SEC paperwork. Even on my group plays.. I've played stocks which had r/s due anytime and I was about to run it and get out with my group 2 days before the did the r/s =) Fatherof2 back is against the wall here. I have mods on my site that only call Momo plays while I try to look for low floats to run when to run when the market is dead... No one knows what F02 is really up to but I find it very weird that he never ever post the SEC paperwork and I believe that's because he knows they are bad... 8:34 [Momo]: People have always told me it's the way you word things that make people dislike you and that may be true but my intentions have always to have people understand what people like F02 are doing and what you really need to know about a stock to figure out if you will make money on it or not. Now that people like upside and WILL are stepping up and speaking out against FO2 there is no reason for me to bother you guys anymore. Just know the people that have hated me do so because we trade very differently and because when i say something is going to happen weither it's negative or postive it happens. (CNES FALLING like a rock and bearclaw losing his money. That's why he dislikes me) I am very happy to see that you guys are starting to open your eyes and notice what the important things of a stock are.

i am neutral in writing, but have my opinions...but one of the top things not to do is not hold a penny stock long, so if you do that, you shouldnt get burnt by r/s, unless it happened to come that day or next...i am glad to see some people speaking

Yea Shashu, A trend? BITE ME! I find some good Posters and stick with em'. DO you know over 2 years how many names I've seen come and go.... I'm sure a lot just ran out of money....Shooting their big mouths off. Instead of everyone insulting one another. If that time was spent doing research everyone would be able to make better decisions. Also we should be trying to help everyone with the many different Stock Topics in here. I would like for all of us to be correct in order to help myself and everyone else make money. Bashing does nothing but hurt another persons feelings. And I am pertty sure that know one likes to get there feelings hurt or Insulted. So if everyone worked like a TEAM we might be able to all come together and push the stock we all agree own to new highs so we all can make money. Just A Thought to Ponder.
