SHRN is beginning its breakout. We believe SHRN will soon pass its old high of 17.8 it set at the begining of 2005 and establish a new base in the .20's. We believe revenue for the 3rd quarter will be around $450,000 to $700,000. The company is growing at a very rapid pace. A partnership with Ebay and several other undisclosed big cap NASDAQ companies including a finalized partnership with NEOM's Paperclick technology are on there way and will be announced very soon.
ActiveShopper.com's deal with NEOM's Paperclick will be EBAY's way of having direct access into everyone's daily lives through the use of cell phones. EBAY owns Shopping.com. Shopping.com has a partnership with ActiveShopper.com. ActiveShopper.com has a partnership with NEOM's Paperclick to provide comparison shopping using the camera phone to snap pictures of bar codes. Once the picture is sent in, ActiveShopper will then text message you back with the lowest prices on both NEW products and USED products found on EBAY. EBAY will be the world's leader in both new and used items with a reach into everyone's pocket. We also have reason to believe that EBAY is slowly accumulating shares of SHRN using the market maker GNET.
Also, a new venture may be in place from what we have heard from reliable sources. ActiveShopper.com and Shopping.com may partner with a totally new company called Toll Free Yellow Pages, Corp. The corporate website is www.TollFreeYellowPages.com . They are currently developing the nation's first YellowPages service and COMPARISON SHOPPING over the telephone through there trademarked service 1-877-YELLOWPAGES TM. The website can be found at www.1877YellowPages.com . By calling 1-877-YELLOWPAGES using any home phone, cell phone, or pay phone you may retrieve business listings by category AND comparison shopping by giving the operator a bar code and getting results right over the telephone by a live operator 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays. This could possibly mean that you could call 1-877-YELLOWPAGES while you are inside of any retail store, give any bar code # and get results instantly without having to go home and look it up on a shopping comparison website.
Toll Free Yellow Pages is a start up company that currently does not have an operational service. You may view the website at www.1877YellowPages.com but not get results yet as they are still currently developing the service. They are under development and plan to launch this service and be publicly traded sometime in 2006. They also own over 400 prime YellowPages websites that can be found on www.TheYellowPagesNetwork.com . The online sites are up and running and are currently generating monthly revenue by businesses paying monthly to be listed. Comparison shopping over the telephone could possibly be a huge success for both ActiveShopper and Toll Free Yellow Pages. Keep your eyes on both. We believe with all that is going on with SHRN the stock price would exceed .50 cents by the time they announce 3rd quarter results. A safe estimation would be .25 to .50 cents. We believe 4th quarter results will exceed $1mil in revenue and could possibly rise as high as $2mil in revenue. By February 15th 2006 when the 4th quarter results are announced we could see a stock price nearing $1.00 per share.
SHRN is the most undervalued stock on the OTC. No other stock has the potential to generate millions in revenue and transfer over to the AMEX or NASDAQ in a short period of time as SHRN. This is a buy and hold stock and we firmly believe a significant rise in the companies stock price is imminent.
