This is a good one to throw some coins at, buy this dip. Possible dollar stock if revenue has been happening behind closed doors as suspected. Appears investor is accumulating $150K plus over the last few days. Pink sheet, no reporting, anthrax slap on the wrist in 2001. Quietly selling water treatment products and making profit every since. No news, no dilution, low O/S, company sells product not shares. Rumor of inside line with Red Cross and past donation of thousands of water treatment units for earlier tsunamis overseas. Now big need for drinking water in Loiusianna and sudden PPS jump. Low visability run... Any new buyers now likely would cause a PPS explosion. Daytraders could run this way up in short term. Recent trading activity would indicate company is about to make a move and release an update. IMO

If anyone is even considering buying this stock, you haven't done your research.
I owned substantial amounts of this stock back in 2002/2003 during all the anthrax scares. VLPI claimed they had come out with an at-home Anthrax testing kit for the public. They had it tested in an independent lab and it was found to work perfectly!!!!! The stock ripped through the roof up past $2.35 I believe. Shortly after a nice PR comes out stating that the government had tested the product and found that it was a complete fraud.
VLPI falsified claims. There stock plummeted into the pennies within 3 days.
Just a little warning.

Yeah that is old news... has nothing to do with the whether they are making a profit today, also has nothing to do with their core business of water filters and filtration systems. Company has a low float and does not report. Pink sheet does not have too. I suspect they were raked over the coals in 2001 for the wording they used on the anthrax kits. Seems to me that is there only mistake. Unlike most of these scam stock selling diluting subpenny companies this company has not increased its S/C. Why might you ask? Because they generate revenue through product sales not stock sales. Do some research next time and find something important that relates to todays share value. Like why has there been a huge PPS increase of late? Good luck
