Yes, this one should be on the radar for some movement. The news came in September as they promised in August 15th PR. It's a sound idea for CTCK to utilize existing distribution channels in order to enter US. market rapid-fire.

Coattec Launches Production Plan for Roofing Foils in the North American Market Wednesday September 14, 9:30 am ET
MAINZ, GERMANY--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 14, 2005 -- COATTEC'S (Other OTC:CTCK.PK - News) management, based on the North American market study, has determined that the most expeditious way to get the COATFLEX roofing foils into production and marketing is to work with an established United States company for manufacturing, sales and marketing. This market study suggests that the North American market for underlays and housewraps is significant for COATTEC. COATTEC's object is to award production licenses for the roofing foils and the housewraps to large capacity US construction materials manufacturers and marketers, allowing the COATTEC products to be on the market within a short period of time. COATTEC has targeted several viable candidates and has entered into preliminary negotiations with a select group of possible licensees. House wrap sales will jump in Louisianna. Good timing for a manufacture to leverage marketshare with coattec's new technology in that market.

It would be very fortuitous to get product rolling out here in months rather than years. Great strategy to not 'reinvent wheel' and partner with US. manufacturers and marketers. The strategy should cut down on potential and actual expenses of company and be conducive to profits/PPS through obtaining $ overrides from selected manufacturers and marketers. Also, this ground-floor opportunity could inevitably bring attention of Lowes, Home Depot etc. as a very viable competitor to status quo roofing foils/wrap player. Take a look at any new construction development and you'll see the opportunity for CTCK: or look no further than the roofing crew at the house next door. It will be interesting to get updates on negotiations with 'potential licensees.'

MAINZ, GERMANY, Sep 21, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- COATTEC INDUSTRIES, INC.'S (CTCK) management will use its expertise, professional experience and international connections to establish trading activities in the roofing business by engaging in exclusive representations of European manufacturers to import their products into the United States. Coattec's management is encouraged by the results from the recent marketing study for roofing products in the United States where it showed that several products common in Europe actually find their application in specific roof types. These roof types are clay tile roofs, which become more and more popular in many American regions. The study's newest investigations have shown that American-type shingles and flat-tile roofs are finding their market in Europe, thus providing a good opportunity for export of American products to Europe. To take full and early advantage of these market potentials, Coattec is presently in negotiations with American manufacturers for export to selected European markets. Coattec has entered into negotiations with two companies in Europe to sell the Coattec products in the United States. Contracts are expected to be signed during the next quarter of the current year. For further information, contact Bernd Meinecke at contact@coattecindustries.com.

More investors should take a hard look at CTCK--kind of a sleeper but not one to be dismissed. Current levels should be very attractive to a variety of investors. Do your DD and feel free to share opinions, facts and technical expertise.

I have a feeling that next news could actually move this in perhaps dramatic fashion UP--meanwhile a rather stealthy accumulation is occurring by a number of players. Silent running... Perhaps the bashers/MMs at RB board are having their time preparing for RUN-UP or maybe others are accumulating steady and sure. Hopefully those contract negotiations mentioned in September 21st PR are going well and can be finalized shortly. It would be nice to hear an update before the end of October--at least that's my wishful thinking
