DDSI reminds me of ICAN and CNES, same pattern and same decline in price.

I sense a massive delution which explains the high volume with steady decline of price.

i read on another board, that MMs sell to each other low, to make a price drop,, and it will look like dilution, but it actually is not,, but the price does drop, because they sell to each other to shake out people for their shares,, any insite.

Tell me about it but been waiting and waiting for this one to run. Sold half my position though for a small loss so I could throw more at IGTN. Once a PR releases, this one will go again. As long as we don't dip below 6, should be fine.

September 20, 2005 14:43:04 (ET)

SEA GIRT, N.J., Sept. 20, 2005, Sep 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- CGM Applied Security Technologies, a subsidiary of Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (DDSI) (Pink Sheets:DDSI), an industry leader that develops products for Homeland Security including Supply Chain and Criminal Justice markets, is participating in the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Technology Fall Event being held in Valley Forge, Pa. this week. The ATA is the national voice for the trucking industry and a driving force in effecting positive change for the industry and America. CGM will be presenting information about its innovative Trucklock 1130(R) and TS4A(R) tractor brake lock products.

"The protection of unattended cargo in the supply chain requires secure and cost-effective basic theft protection and our products meet those needs for the trucking industry," said Anthony Shupin, chairman and CEO of DDSI. "Unattended cargo moves freely throughout the United States at the rate of over approximately 40 million cargo shipments daily and we, as a nation, need to address this as part of our standard plan for Homeland Security."

The Trucklock 1130 is a permanent installation on the trailer using common standard replacement parts. It requires no external power source and can only be activated once the trailer is at rest. There is no new technology or process for the driver to learn. This simple and easy-to-use system allows total security over the trailer when on the road or unattended in the yard.

The TS4A tractor brake lock device ensures that a rig will not be stolen when left unattended. The unique design of the TS4A allows the driver to simply engage the lock, which basically cuts the air line from the tractor to the air brakes both in the tractor, and if hooked up, to the trailer through its unique and proven effective locking system. The device is compatible with any air brake system and modifications are available for most tractor models used in the United States.
