MRLD Holdings, Inc. (MRHD) has acquired LoboGaming Corporation, a Costa Rican gaming software developer, in an all-stock deal.
LoboGaming is an aggressive growth company within a very active Internet gaming industry. In recent years, the online gaming sector has experienced high double-digit growth rates worldwide.
