Has possibilities, but do your own DD. Already bought 7mil shs of a 10mil sh buyback. Spinning off a sub. which is in process of being registered as a publicly traded Co. IDWS shareholders will get pro-rata distribution as dividend after registration. Earnings per share prediction is 0.21+. I like what I am seeing and bought 10K shs.
PS: Apparently buyback completed. Here's info on projection:
IDS previously announced its guidance for the company's first year as a publicly traded company with revenues of $25 million - $30 million and EPS of $.21 - $.23.
