SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 2005--

the retirement of over 19 Million Shares of the company's common

This one will be trading in the five very soon. Hearing some more very exciting news about property acquisitions in the near term. Have very high hopes for this one which has great potential and remains solid company.
