This stock will hit like no tomorrow when it does hit. You can in now way go wrong with any stock right now related to oil and gas. Hold this and move it to the long term portfolio. It wont take much to get this moving!

I read CSJJ press release and every time I read it, I am still not sure that the deal has gone thru. They word it to sound like it has but they never really state it.

Does anyone have a phone number other than the one listed, I never get anyone answering at the one listed on the yahoo page. I want to see if they actually have a completed contract for this oil deal.

I dont know but looking at the level 2's there is a whole string of 1 and 2 million share blocks being bought!! Someone know something? As cheap as this stock is it is crazy to not own a oil stock with this cheap of shares.. My opinion only though......

I just sent them a e-mail about this. If you look at the press release it says "update on purchase" on 10/12/05 and it says "signed purchase agreement" on 10/21/05. I would say its signed to start drilling. I say its going to be just like AMEP & TWOG. Once oil is struck, then this will shoot up im sure.

It's not real clear and this company makes me a little more questionable because of past PR'S. I also think when then changed area's as they stated in this PR. a new contract would have to be done, just my guess. I am in for a small amount which could cost me if I misread this and it doesn't go thru.

Yes, I do believe here we have what is called an undiscovered gem. Its fun to go treasure hunting in this jungle of stock ventures. Thank goodness this one is not on many radar screens yet or we would be paying a lot more for this baby. Im in at .0003 and dont see how it can keep from exploding once the oil venture becomes more common knowledge. You have to admit, there are few of us that are this far subsurface looking for gold. It takes a lot of patience and DD to find millionaire makers. As for me, I am adding CSJJ to my potential grand slam winners. Patience is a virture. Hold and the sun will soon come out.

STNKNG1- I am sure at one point early last year TNOG was at .0003, I think I bought in at .001, and just missed a buy at .0008 in Dec. I sold at .036, should have gotten out at .05 but it was on that great run.

One more thing, CSJJ is not TNOG, at least nothing at this point would indicate that.

In my opinion I don't think it is a tnog at what I see now. I do not want any one selling or buying because of my opinion. If this is an oil stock it will most likely run, in fact it should have. Right now I think the ones making the money are the mm's. Here's The question, as investors Do you think the oil deal is all complete and CSJJ is now in the oil business?

I read that this deal is finalized, yet I still wonder? It doesn't sound like any one receives any E-Mail to confirm this? I cannot find any phone numbers for BDT energy or Britton oil.

I am sure some people wonder why I am asking so many questions. I did not realize till after I bought this stock who was the CEO of this company was. If you use your search on this board, go to a company called CDVJ and look thru there PR's. This is why I am concerned.

The top two things that drive the stock market are fear and greed. The only thing I know is this stock cant much lower and when they do become a "oil stock" I assure you it wont go lower than it is now.I think this is a fearless stock for the longs.

At this point I could not sell at .0003 It's hard to take a loss at this point. This stock should have run if they had a contract for oil. Insiders should have bought it up prior to us knowing, that bothers me. Bottom line I am not sure , I hope someone confirms a contract has been signed, that would make me feel a little better,I will not stay in this one to long, one way or the other. I actually prefer the other stock that announced their getting into oil today at .0004, they appear to have a better track record at this point, at least to me.

I agree with you iwearpro and it should be an oil stock by what they said in their 10/7/05 wire they used the word finalized. If it is, it should only go up from .0003 unless something is wrong.

Notice the last paragraph, it states, "Coastal Holdings has DECIDED to purchase the oil well designated as NO. 3 HINES." It is also relevant to observe they are drilling into the Salem Limestone for (8 pay zones) and not the Rosiclare Limestone. On their October 12th news release it is important to note, "This well (NO. 2 HONEY--changed to NO. 3 HINES) will be drilled into the Salem Limestone at a depth of 3350 feet..." note* it is similar to a well that is 3/8th of a mile southeast which produced 650 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) from the Salem Limestone. But the most important note here is that it will be drilled into the Salem Limestone as the 650 BOPD well.
HOUSTON, TX, Oct 21, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (OTC: CSJJ), is pleased to announce that it has received the signed Purchase Agreement from BDT Energy Producers Inc. (BDT) to acquire a working interest in a development oil well. As per the Purchase Agreement, Coastal Holdings will invest $475,000 in cash to fund the developmental drilling of an oil well that is wholly owned by BDT. In consideration for its investment, Coastal Holdings will receive a 75% working interest in the oil well.
After further analysis, Coastal Holdings has decided to purchase the oil well designated as NO. 3 HINES rather than NO. 2 HONEY that appeared in the original MOU and first draft of the Purchase Agreement with BDT.

no concerns about anything if they are gonna drill 3/8 of a mile away from a well that produces 650 barrels a day we are all gonna get wealthy.
