hehe during our PM I think I went with the wrong one pens. Put a good bit into AMNI and waiting for more news on that.. but looking to move some other money for CESY depending how quickly it rises.

CESY will break the 10 cents barrier in the next several months as the company transitions. Can't emphasize it enough, this new CEO is a powerhouse and he knows what he is doing!!!!!!!

Anyone who was watching this this afternoon had to see that there was a wall of 15+ MMs blocking this from going through .003 and that wall came down in minutes with no news at all! I personaly have never seen a wall that strong come down that fast and the only explanation I can come up with for it is, INSIDER BUYING! The filing will soon reveal wheather I'm right or not! I say .004 is an easy target for the AM and Rules could be right we could see .005 tomorrow as well!

$45M seems like a very small cap if it even gets somewhat close to it's potential. Homeland Security is HUGE business, and $45M wouldn't even be a drop in the bucket.
If, and I mean IF, it hit a penny, that would be 5X from Friday's close of $0.0020. Looking at it like this, the 4.5B shares doesn't seem all that bad a gamble. And rememeber, the new CEO is holding 1.25B of the shares and he is not to likely to let them go at $.0020.

The CEO is notorious at retiring shares to reduce the float. He is evaluating the company as a whole so just wait until he starts retiring shares, making acquistions, and getting in government contracts. He is also the IPO expert so look for him to do something along that lines with this company too.

Lol, don't bank on it as you just watch this one soar from the sidelines. This is a funny post. Seriously, the stock is building as the company approaches the stockholders meeting in October for the major vote to go into the Homeland Security business. Plus, it blew thru the .003 barrier at close only to show that it is going to continue upward momentum. I think your days of .0018 are over!

Funny now we get peoples attention and is to bash it. Agree dips will happen in any stock good or bad. But .0018 are gone, I have telling all of you to get in, congrats to those that have. If you read this thread you can see this CEO has the knowledge and skill to really make this company worth millions and millions.
So to get in at .0031 is not bad, if it does DIP some, buy more. That will bring your average down, but won't risk in not getting in at .0031 Tuesday Morning.
This can be an easy 5x bagger from where it's at right now. That's only .015. We have seen others do that an more.

Myself, I think theres insider buying going on and the MMs know it and that is why they are not holding this back! We may very well see a pre market gap up here this AM!

There are ribs that have marinated for longer than this company has. Formed in December 2004, Fortress America was the brainchild of Chairman Thomas McMillen. A University of Maryland basketball star and Rhodes scholar, McMillen enjoyed an 11-year career in the National Basketball Association, primarily with the Atlanta Hawks and the Washington Bullets, before becoming the tallest congressman in American history. After three terms as a Democrat representing a Maryland district, McMillen became an investment banker who has lately specialized in homeland security companies. (Matthew Goldstein has more on his recent investing activities in the Street.com.) CEO Harvey Weiss is a software industry veteran and a member of the Brookings Institution Council. The company has two post players: director Don Nickles, the former Republican senator turned lobbyist, and special adviser Asa Hutchinson, the former head of the Drug Enforcement Administration and former undersecretary for border and transportation security at the Department of Homeland Security.
Fortress America also has a token investment from the Paladin Homeland Security Fund, one of whose entities is based in the Cayman Islands. Would you be surprised to learn that the fund's management team includes former ""CIA"" head James Woolsey? McMillen has had a distinguished career in government, business, and sports. He currently serves as a founder, director, chairman and principal shareholder of Fortress America Acquisition Corporation, a homeland security industry-focused blank check company that recently completed its initial public offering of $46.8 million. Previously, McMillen served as a founder, chief executive officer and principal shareholder of Global Secure Corp., a homeland security company providing products and services for critical incident providers worldwide, which has recently filed for an initial public offering for as much as $100 million.
McMillen was appointed by President Clinton to Co-Chair the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports from 1993 to 1997. From 1987 through 1993, he served three consecutive terms in the United States House of Representatives from the 4th Congressional District of Maryland. Prior to that, Mr. McMillen played 11 years in the National Basketball Association. McMillen received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor and Master of Arts from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar.
