Arabian Recab Trading Completes Saudi Telecom Licensing Procedure Tuesday September 13, 11:23 am ET

level II has completely fliped and now the majority of the mms are on the bid side and ask is thin it was the other way around just 30 min ago before the news this one is ready to break out

hi all this one popped up on the radar gun today looks like this is getting some real attention for some heavey buying investors i picked up some today and am really looking foward to the rest of the month.
