Good time to have some money in your account! I'd love to be buying some more at the dips.

Here is the deal on the So Called 25 million shares that were sold last week.

1.) The amount is not exactly known, but it is believed to be 15 to 25 million shares.

2.) The company that is in Canada that had restricted stock and are involved in the Lawsuit with Titan, convinced a Brokerage Firm that the Shares were available to be traded.

3.) The Brokerage firm has told Titan that the reason they released the stock to be sold after confirming info on the internet showing it could be released.

4.) The Brokerage Firm has admitted it was deceived by the Company in Canada. They have contacted one Titan's sharesholders that has stock with there firm asking him to sell them his shares. It is believed to be around 10 million shares. He would not sell at these levels. Neither would any insider that has filed a 144.

5.) The Judges' order in California states no selling of the restricted shares that are in dispute.

6.) The Brokerage must settle this week, or they will be short and have to buy on the open market.

Just what I have found out. FWIW

Yep that has already been posted here. We'll soon find out whether it's true or not through the share price.

BTW we've been on the SHO list for 59 days now.

Aside from the meaningless pumper predictions, I think this can go easily back up to .05 or more with news of the K1 being finished, or any other audit or "we have more oil & NG" related news. Something should be out very soon though according to their last PR. Actually overdue from the timeline they gave about the current well they're working on.

News Out...

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 2005--Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:OTC) is pleased to provide the following update on its Kosciusko # 1 Well drilling operations.
Titan CEO Kent Jacobson reports: "A cement plug was set in preparation for drilling to our target zone. The drilling rig was appx. 100 feet beneath the bottom of the casing, and was dressing the cement plug in preparation for directional drilling. A sudden loss of mud circulation, perhaps due to a fissure, caused a buildup of cuttings that led to the drill bit being stuck.

"Acid was pumped down the 7" casing to dissolve the concrete around the drill bit. Also, acid was pumped through the 2 7/8" tubing. Afterward, a wire line crew fired a string shot to back off one joint above the drill collars, and the remaining drill string was freed.

"Upon further investigation, it seemed that the stuck bit was due to shale heaving into the hole, therefore, for the past few days we have switched to a mud system and have been thoroughly cleansing all cuttings and debris before proceeding further. As of the close of operations on Monday, the mud was clear of cuttings and debris.

"Yesterday, we successfully fished out the remaining portion of drill string. Cement is being poured today, and the directional drill crew is slated to commence work tomorrow, for an anticipated 3 days."

Titan Operations Manager Pete Maupin reports from the site: "The hole has cleaned up very well since we switched to a mud system. We had some delays as, with the high price of oil, mud and water trucks are in very short supply and operations take longer than in times past. We look forward to the arrival of the directional drilling crew to get us down to the target area, where we expect to find significant oil and gas deposits.

"Also, the 7" diameter casing in this well is very valuable, as most wells in the area are only 4 1/2" diameter. Beyond the significant oil and gas deposits we expect to find as we conclude this phase of drilling, there is a further horizontal drilling target for this well that is available to us in the future. The large, 7" diameter casing allows for horizontal drilling operations which would be very difficult in a smaller-diameter casing. The Stanley # 1B Well also has a large, 5 1/2" diameter casing which will more easily facilitate horizontal drilling."

About Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. - Titan is an energy company engaged in oil and gas development, drilling and production. Titan follows a conservative business model, redeveloping oil and gas fields with a history of production, while expanding into exploration and development of new properties.

It is slightly SE Texas ...

I was wondering the same thing about AMEP's rigs, but they're further north.

Texans, weigh in, please, let us know!

I disagree. They are pretty far inland, hour or 2 from Austin. The field that are working in os just that, a huge field. Worst case, they batten down the rigs and wait it out. Delay of a couple days tops. Shouldn't affect them at all, AMEP either

I just hope they come up with significant oil and gas out of this well as they have been saying. If they're predictions come up short, it may get ugly. It's holding pretty well though. I'm still pretty confident. Should be back up to .05 after it's finished. This stock has been good to me for quite a while

Nope, won't go this week. Read the last news. Seems they need a different rig to drill the horizontal well. Oh well. When it goes it should be worth the wait.

Time for TNOG to move up -- reasons:

* MMs have loaded up their cheap shares;

* TNOG will run ads thru IBC radio network
starting this week.

Because this stock is waiting on numbers for the oil wells coming on line. The only thing to make it move is those numbers, or bad news.
It is obvious that no one is anxious to sell, and the MM's have what they want so the only trading going on is a few impatient or uninformed getting out. The MM's have a good hold on this one.
For me it's a good sign, but then, what do I know?

I'm sure this is old news but I've got a buddy who owns Exxon stations in MD and VA. He told me that "Rita" did more damage than "Katrina". He said that alot more refinery's were damaged and that there is alot of price gouging (sp?). For instance, he said that it use to cost roughly .30 cents a gallon to refine the oil, but now the refinery's (that are working) are charging roughly $1.40 per gallon. So expect gas prices to rise. Hopefully this will have an impact on all oil stocks.
