EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent and Acquisition of CyberMedx Medical Systems, LLC.
COLUMBIA, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 2005--Ronald Mills, Sr., CEO of EncounterCare Solutions (PINK SHEETS:ECSL) announced the signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire CyberMedx Medical Systems, LLC of Dana Point, California.
CyberMedx Medical Systems provides patient data management, communication, and information systems to the hospital and home care industries. CyberMedx has developed the InteleNett(TM) family of patient data management products for hospitals and the STATus(TM) family of device data management products for home care. These systems increase productivity, reduce cost, improve efficiency, and extend the operational life expectancy of existing patient monitoring and therapy delivery devices.
Ronald Barnett, President of CyberMedx Medical Systems stated that he is extremely enthusiastic about joining with and contributing to the EncounterCare Solutions team. He further stated, "Our mission at CyberMedx is to significantly improve quality patient care and substantially reduce health care costs by maximizing information and communication management technology. CyberMedx has a product pricing agreement with a major hospital chain and product installations in eleven of their facilities. EncounterCare Solutions, Inc.(PINK SHEETS:ECSL) , announced Monday that it has acquired Building Blocks Home Pediatric Services, Inc.(www.care4kids.com). The Orange County, California company provides home health nursing care and other related medical services to medically fragile children. Jill Evans, RN Vice President/General Manager of Building Blocks, stated that she is pleased to be joining the EncounterCare Solutions team. The EncounterCare modular approach to healthcare management is very important to our continued rapid growth, stated Ms. Evans. Building Blocks currently has revenue of $2.9 million.
Ronald Mills will become President of Building Blocks. Mr. Mills, a former chairman of the Health Industry Distributors Association, also operated one of the first Pediatric Home Health Companies in America. Mr. Mills stated that he anticipates a very rapid expansion with continued internal growth and both new start up and acquisitions. Our goal is to expand our program to all fifty states.

Up 75% on very low volume. Someone saw this news coming. Will there be sells on the news? Anyone's guess. Watch this carefully in the AM. I bet it gaps and runs.

This is up 700% in the last month on under 1 Million shares traded. Not sure what that means. Someone has been buying shares. I'm sure there has been very few sells. I can't find a share count newer than 1998. Any additional DD would be greatly appreciated.

If you look at the trade history, there are almost no sells in the last month. Someone is buying up the stock and holding for I don't know what. How high will they bring us? It's up from .005 a couple of months ago. The PR just supported the pps increase and with this new acuisition, who knows where this will go. I'm in for 500 bones as well.
