I have spent alot of time to try and piece all the pieces of this puzzle together. GMCI will be huge in my opinion thanks to "Appleby Partners & Company" aka "KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER SYSTEMS INC" (GLGT) the controlling shareholder of Green Mountain Capital Inc (GMCI).. Let me give you a couple of the facts and I will let you piece them together.
1) "Appleby Partners & Company" aka "KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER SYSTEMS INC" (GLGT) aquired Global General Technologies Inc. (GGT), a company involved in the homeland security industry, with respect to computer software and hardware that is used by businesses in the oil industry to protect oil pipelines from terrorist attacks. On February 25, 2005, the Company entered into a Share Exchange Agreement, pursuant to which it will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Global General Technologies Inc
2) "ARS NETWORKS INC" aka "Green Mountain Capital" (GMCI) owns HMM Capital Holdings Inc which makes ARS Fire Safety Tec fire retardant doors.
3)"ARS NETWORKS INC" aka "Green Mountain Capital" (GMCI) is in the business of developing Crosslogix and Refilter technology (advanced railway communications and data management systems)
Basicly this is going to turn into one BIG HUGE Homeland security run... Good luck! Hope my research and DD makes us money!

there is already a 4 page thread on this stock. why start a new one with news that is six months old. homeland security is the new term for scam! how many companies have R/S`d over the last 1 to 2 years only to emerge in the homeland security or oil buisness. not saying this is a scam just pointing out a trend in pennyland.

---rickpic; No problem. Hope my DD make us all $$$! We all know that reverse mergers always run. I dug deeper and did my own DD and it looks like there are more reasons for a run here besides the reverse merger.

All I know is when i clicked on "My Positions" in Scottrade it said "*REVERSE SPLIT*" next to the symbol. I am angry since I got into this at about .0006

anyone know for sure wheater it is r/sing or not?? buys are coming in, and i paid higher then this so i dont wnat to sell but with the r/s we have no choice

I sold all at .0003 right when I posted the info. All I am going by is what my scottrade account said. I lost more than half my investment in this stock.

ok mike thanks, i was looking for info on this but yeah i cant find it saying anywere about an RS i guess i am going to hold and hope to break even..thanks alot mike

I did not see any SEC filing about a R/S either. But the fact that my scottrade account said "*REVERSE SPLIT*" next to the symbol that scared me enough to bail.
This company does have a R/S history; -shs decreased by 1 for 50 split. Pay date=6-21-04 -shs decreased by 1 for 50 split. Effective date=3-26-03 -decreased by 1 for 1000 split. 2004-09-24

I have seen that before with FRPT before they split. I do not see it listed on the nasdaq list yet. They may have that for a reverse merger. Sometimes their things do not jive.

PREVO, JAMES K is an officer at GMCI and the CIO at GMCR...

on the new trading platform after you sign in click on "Positions (My Investments)". Then in the "Description" next to the Symbol it said "*REVERSE SPLIT*".
I should have took a screen shot of it. I can not see it any more since I sold all my position.

Mike, I don't know. Maybe one of the more seasoned traders can say. I don't think you can know in advance. I got caught in one with what is ZNNC now. It stayed the same for a couple of days then fell to nothing. I held it for months. Two days after I finally gave up on it it started a huge run.
