they aquired another mine site and paid with part cash and shares.That's why the PPS dropped dramatically. But now it's all going to pay off because both mine sites are producing at full capacity. Don't take my word for it just watch and see

That's my point exactly. Why would people be buying a stock you can't sell. Its because they know something or have insider information.

when will the 2000 for 1 R/S take place looks like this month. current O/S is 4.7 billion plus!. no MM bids only ask at 0001!. whos buying? - who cares! 1 for 2000 split right around the corner. and this from the 10K about the mines-At the current time, all options held by the Company to acquire mining interests in Mexico have expired of their own terms. All activities related to acquiring mining interests in Mexico were curtailed and abandoned during the second quarter of 2005.
