Tough for a "fresh" company like this to attract a lot of trading immediately. If the numbers look good we'll be back where we were and possibly higher, if not we may have some problems.

I agree, but to go from .15 to .38 in 2 days... I think I will hang onto it for a while. Not sure if it will hit the 3-5 range but I can picture this hitting past a dollar.

ADA Compliance is Everyone's Business, According to Disability Access Consultants, Inc.
SAN DIEGO, Aug 25, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Millions of businesses face potentially devastating lawsuits for failing to comply to federal and state laws mandating accessibility for people with disabilities. This is the message of Disability Access Consultants, Inc. (DAC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Axia Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AXIG), and a leading provider of consulting services on the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 to governments, public facilities and businesses. Since its founding in 1998, DAC has provided inspections and evaluations of more than 6,000 sites across the United States. DAC offers government agencies, schools and businesses a range of services including site inspections, plan evaluations, litigation support, consultation, education and training. DAC founder, Barbara Thorpe, is very active as an educator on ADA compliance, a role that takes her around the country on speaking engagements and panels.
"We like to say that the ADA is everybody's business," stated Barbara Thorpe, President of DAC, "Assuring accessibility for people with disabilities not only helps others, but a few dollars spent in planning and evaluation can save businesses thousands if not millions in litigation costs and fines. Our goal is to make compliance easy and effective for all facilities and institutions and to be proactive so that government agencies and companies can avoid devastating liabilities through careful planning."
"We strongly feel that DAC has created the most effective program in the U.S. for helping government institutions and companies meet ADA compliance," stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Axia Group, Inc. "Our goal is to help DAC increase its reach across the U.S. and further its leadership role in this important capacity that nearly every government and corporate entity needs."
More than 54 million people in the U.S. have a disability, a number equal to 20% of the population. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 requires all organizational entities, public or private, with more than 15 employees, to provide equal access for individuals with disabilities. It is estimated that there are more than 7 million sites at risk across the U.S.
"I have had to sit on both sides of the issues, and the courts are clearly unsympathetic to noncompliant businesses or government agencies," stated Ms. Thorpe, "The usual outcomes in these cases are fines and penalties that are much larger than the cost of remediation. This can be devastating to a business or a city."

my advice for the next days hold and enjoy i think we will get to the old high and get a breakout here. everything seems that this company made their homeworks so let us see where we go !
