i have done everything to find out any info on this except knock on there door and NOTHING i dont think they exist but use your own judgment and read previous post.

i called and lady said she takes the call for MCGI.I asked her if MCGI is still in business as we don't see any PR's..she said they are still in business and have updated the pink sheets recently..she also said more update coming in the next 1-2 weeks..
i learnt from other board that a new ownership has taken over MCGI

when i spoke to her she said all Questions had to be sent by fax she is just an answering service. i do not believe raging bull. only because i spoke to them also. i will not ever give anyone false hopes or lies.

this is great news..with the assets they have now and future assets, this can climb to pennies..

eddy have you tried to call? any way i will watch but i wont invest untill i see concrete info.go to csjj and read my post im in 4 mil shares on that because i spoke to mike and he confirmed all info that i was reading.andrea will do pr on or before friday regarding the contract witk Isreal.good investment.info you cannot confirm or leads to dead ends bad investment. just my opinion.

OK, spoke with Beverly. she is the quote, unquote, "agent" for the company. Pleasure to talk to, however limited in the amount of info she has at the moment. Says info is being sent to her this week, which will lead to a PR. Got the impression that the folks in wa. who bought this, did so for the purpose of a reverse merger. But that is nothing more than my own gut feeling. Please don't quote me on that part. She also stated that there would be a name change. Asked about share structure, she did not have any info on that, but expected to have it by the end of the week.
This will be interesting, this could be fun. My only concern, I sure as hell hope they do not do a reverse split to accomadate the new structure. Tough call, and one I do not have a feel for as yet.

my point-even with a reverse merger, say 10 to 1 they would just have 90 million shares out. with the right kind of company it would run on up-not sell off-I really do not think they would reverse merger with only 900 million out.-jmo-G/L to you also

I realy do not want a reverse merger either unless it is maybe 10-1 with a 3or 4 million dollar company. But imo they will not reverse with just 900 million outstanding-this is very low in pink land. have a great day all! off to work.

I live very close to the address posted earlier on in this thread. Is this still the accurate office for them? I could pay a visit if it would be beneficial. Im pretty sure im 10 minutes away from that address.
