This one has hit a nice bottom at the current price of 0.01-0.0113. When they report their 10q watch this thing move a few pennys. A sleeping giant. Last time they reported 600% increase in sales and from that email they sent me I don't see why we won't be in that same range again.

I like FEMO, too. It's one of the two sleeping giants that will wake up soon. The other one is BANY. FEMO got a rally every time the 10Q is out, last time it jumped 70%.

Exactly on the money JimSC, and if you are in now, you can easily take part in the reward, I have always held a long position into this company, and will continue to, I was even able to get more shares a few weeks back when it dipped to new lows of below a penny.
Those were shakes being made by the MMs trying to run up there points. This company is a real solid winning company that has been unfairly manipulated by MMs.
They will make it through this tough time and move on. Right now they are just budgeting and continuing their on going success of new products. Online reviews of their products have been excellent in my view

One thing that I have noticed that is starting up for FEMO is...
One ARCA for the past three months had his damn foot down on the floor at the price of 0.039 with his damn 999 print, he has finally moved back and left that spot open and is now at 0.13
Which gives MMs and investors the green light
The last time I saw ARCA put his foot down at that spot was Jan. of this year and he keep the stock down at 0.04 from it's high it had just came out of 0.078 in Dec. of 2004

But the 10q will speak for it's self once it is released I can't see this company loosing any ground, b/c they have been moving forward with there business plan since the last qtr.

Exactly and we are going to be headed backup there once we get a 10q, I can't stress enough how important that 10q is going to be once it comes out. If you are not in, you would want to be in before they release it. FEMO comes through

The last time we had our biggest spike we had volume around the levels they have been for the past two months, really low and by the time people had decided to jump in it had already did it's run.
Swing traders was the only ones left in the stock, and you can tell when they are in the volume rockets.
And again ARCA has moved back to 0.13 after sitting at 0.039 (With a 999 Ask) for the past three months
So these are the perfect conditions for this stock to take off. My guess is around the 0.02-0.045 range easily. Just need the 10q
IMO

Sure he read it, but either doesn't understand it or is denying what it means to get others to buy this stock.

Don't know Will, maybe he doesn't understand the implications of it or just chooses to dismiss it as no big deal. That wouldn't make sense though.

A/S is being raised from 500 million to 10 billion they have 106 million out not counting another 800 plus million issued for debt, needed to raise the authorized to cover the shares they issued for debt, looks to me like these shares will be comming into the market otherwise why raise the A/S to cover them?. said they want additional shares available for future financing or aquisitions = more shares issued = dilution = lower PPS . thats how i read it. others may see things differently. oh yes, and they are making a name change

Exactly madmoney. In addition to that they are issuing preferred shares to remove all voting rights from the common shareholder. The new preferred shares will have a floating conversion rate that at all times will equal 50% of the entire o/s.
