IMO the company has made tremendous progress. 1200% increase in revenue is a big deal, and a 225% increase in loss is very positive considering such a magnificent increase in revenue. As stated time-after-time here, losses will be expected for this year due to the acquisition of a 4 million per year company.

i agree this is good news, but some want it all. the increase in loss is what people don't like, but they are missing the increase in revenue. growing pains.

where do you get these numbers? 4 million per year company! CGM generated 1.5 mil in sales with a net of 88,000 in the first half of 05. ddsi`s cost of operations is running 10 times that amount. it really makes sense to read the ENTIRE filing with these types of companies. ( pinks ) you will see the shares out and the shares available to be converted to common as well as the companies statements about it`s intentions to issue more shares. stock is down today on this news, reason - some investors know how to read a filing. company is spending way more than it is taking in and those exspenses continue to increase.

Regarding the 4 million per year in revenue, I'm talking about the year before CGM was purchased. If you say it made 1.5 mil the first quarter of this year, I suspect that amount will increase. Since you claim to have read the 10Q, give us some quotes where it states/indicates the OS will increase. BTW I don't believe the 10Q has anything to do with the price; it's simply trading at its base because there are few buyers because of the dilution shown in the 10Q. Plus, you think the MM's always let stocks go on good news if there was interest? Heck no! Such stocks are very few and far in between, but I think DDSI is one of them at this price level. A PR would also be nice to get attention to humongous revenue increase.

You are wrong madmoney: I'm a very reasonable person. I don't even have a meaningful position in DDSI, but I don't want fellow shareholders to get hurt. I say 0.0011 is the bottom. I don't believe the company is planning a PR campaign just for the sake of diluting the he11 out of the company at this price level.

i think there will be a PR out this week remember Mr. Shupin said there would be a PR out for the seminar that went great. all we can do is wait. aside from that i think the company has a good product. and is in a market that has some demand,, homeland security.

Made a nice run late - slid thru .12,.13 & into .14 with no resistance - looks like it could get to .18 before resistance tomorrow. Are we up for 2 more + days? GLTA

THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2005 COMPARED TO THE THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30,
Revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2005, of $875,513 increased $801,423 or 1,182% from the three months ended June30, 2004. The Company generates its revenues through software licenses, hardware, post customer support arrangements security tape and other security related items and other services. The increase in the Company's revenue is directly attributed to the acquisition of CGM, on March 1, 2005. DDSI is still experiencing a decrease in software maintenance contract dollar amount, a loss in client base, and the lack of new product offerings to their clients. Cost of goods sold increased by $447,441 due to the higher cost of sales in CGM Sub.

The price last year was higher than it is now and before the may 2004 it spiked to a penny.....don't think dilution is going on and we could easily see .02+ ,like the run SSTY made;when this runs it goes with no major pullbacks intraday and the last run was just due to the meeting and news expected afterwards....now another seminar and if we do get news will probably contain very what everyone is waiting for ....well you know what will happen! JMHO

Friday was a great day to get back into this one. Got orders filled at .001 and .0014. News or no news, should see the upswing back to .002 soon either way.
