Jenna. For the past couple weeks I have not responded to any questions relating to BCIT because legal counsel thought best to hold up saying anything that might be misconstrued or taken out of context coming from anyone affiliated with the company. This has been hard to do with so much speculation, with most being way off the chart as to reality.
We have put this DTC problem to be solved in the hands of the attorneys and we need to abide by their opinions and concerns until released to make statements. I do restate that no one else is questioning our ability to be approved to trade other than the DTC. In fact, statements have been made on our behalf from other entities involved, directly to the DTC that questioned the DTC holdup and reasoning. Their only comment has been that the company did not do filings for a few years so since they were negligent in those filings the problems created are the companies. THEY SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN, OR ARE TRYING TO OVERLOOK THE FACT THAT THE SAME TA HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE TA AND NEVER AT ANY TIME RELINQISHED THAT POSITION. WHEN PAMELA THOMPSON SUBMITTED TO BE THE NEW TA, THEY DID NOT DO EVEN THE MOST SIMPLE DD THAT WOULD HAVE SHOWN SHE WAS NOT EVEN LISTED TO BE ACCEPTED AS A TA AND IS ON NO LIST TO BE ACCEPTED. THEY KEPT APPROVING TRANSACTIONS EVEN AFTER BEING CONTACTED BY BCIT OFFICIALS OF THE PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS.
I hope this helps you and other shareholders until more definitive information is forthcoming. I wish I could say more or go into more detail, but Mr. Megas and the attorneys want to be sure that nothing is done by anyone affiliated with BCIT that causes action counter productive or gives ammunition to the critics. This will be the only response I will give until freed up by company management through the attorneys to say more.
