I spoke with Doug a few minutes ago. I wanted to ask him a question that I forgot to ask in our last phone converstaion!
I asked how many shares were restricted as a part of thier non-dilutive agreement!
He replied that the agreement was for 150 Million shares, and he has until Dec 2005 to buy them back with ZERO interest.
I then confirmed that the 150 Million was included in the 470 Million issued and again, he confirmed that this was true....
So, the bottom line is that the true float is 470 Mill minus the 150 Mill restricted... 320 Million FLOAT
This is great news. So, not including the restricted shares, the market cap is only $450,000! Considering their revenue is going to be about 10 times this amount, this stock is EXTREMEMLY UNDERVALUED!!!!!! I'll be looking to buy some more! 1.5 million is just not enough!

I still would guess .005 to .01 with the news! Until he buys back the shares, they are still there, but he said they were committed to buy them back before Dec!

after buyback and disclosure of revenues, this could see multi penny land (.03 or higher) Move to OTCBB and it could see .10+ (but that is many months down the line!)

The MM's know that news is coming soon! They took advantage and dropped the Bid x Ask on small 10K trades to get those in lower than 16/17 to panic and sell off, so that they could break even.
The shares were slowly bought up by true Longs and it is indicative by the pps coming back up. I expect that tomorrow we will slowly climb up again to the high teens and maybe hit 20!
Then next week, we should see some slow progression again until the PR hits! Even though it may close down 1 tick, this is great! I am seeing 3 1000 shares trades right before close... which are MM signals or partial fills as the MM's bail off the ask!

Profit taking and drop in pps on $13 trades was MM attempt to get some shares before news next week.
PPS retraced and hit the 20dma and bounced back up. 5 days of pps upticks followed by 1 day of consolidation is not a bad thing! I believe that tomorrow we will continue this afternoons bounce from the 20dma and close at 19 or 20! IMHO, most profit takers are out now (or at least those that may have been in over the last month while it has been trading between 10 and 17), so with any buying pressure, it should begin to move fast!
As I posted earlier, I spoke with the CEO today and he confirmed that the # of issued shares is 470 Million, of which 150 Million is restricted shares issued to a financing group. The restriction is still on them until Dec 2005. This leaves a tradeable float of 320 Million shares!
I didn't press him for more info as he sounded like he was getting a bunch of investor calls.
My intention is to purchase 1 million more shares tomorrow when my remaining funds are cleared! I would like to get them at 15, however, I am willing to pay up to 17 for them, as I have just enough funds to give me an even 1 Mill at 17!

Consumer credit is largely unknown in this market of 1.3 billion people, and the Chinese have been slow to adopt the use of non-cash forms of payment. All this will soon change, however. This financial services executive explains why.
With 1.3 billion people–a fifth of the world's population–in China, the question on many senior executives' minds is: When will the Chinese consumer buy my products and services?
Consumption is, of course, dependent on a number of variables, which can be boiled down to: Do they want to buy what I have to sell? Are they able to buy what I have to sell? The desire to buy and the ability to pay are at the heart of Leehun Lee's mission as Visa's chief representative and vice president for China. Just 12 years ago, there was not a single Visa-card holder in China. Today, Visa boasts 30 million of them.
Lee arrived in Beijing from Visa corporate headquarters in San Mateo, California, in 1994 to head up the company's cooperative effort with China's Golden Card project, a program launched by the government to improve the country's payment- system infrastructure. The goal: 200 million bankcard holders by 2003. Two years later, Lee was tapped to lead Visa's entire China operations.
Under his watch, Visa has worked with various local institutions to further the development of a payment infrastructure in China. For example, Visa provided professional advice and recommendations on the operations, structure and technical equipment necessary for the successful operation of China's first electronic payment network. In addition, with the People's University of China, Visa established a credit-card research and training center to provide professional training to personnel from local banks.
I read the above highlighted text as Visa has hardly tapped the chinese market, and in case you were not aware, ICMH's delay was caused by VISA, in getting their contract in place. ICMH is working with VISA for their debit card program.
In china, most people pay for things with CASH. the credit/debit card market is just now starting to take hold! That is why ATCT took off like they did, and why I believe ICMH will do the same!

Steven H. Bethke, president and CEO of Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp., stated, "The prepaid telecom market that we are developing is an ideal market for ICMH's prepaid and stored value cards and the ATM access they provide."
Doug Hamby, chairman of ICM Telecom, added, "ATCT's customers are exactly the folks who can benefit the most from our ATM card access products."
About ICM Telecom
ICM Telecommunications (www.icmtelecom.com) is a rapidly growing, national and international supplier of prepaid and stored value cards made available through its partnership with Secure Financial Solutions.
The agreement to help distribute is already in place. This is kinda putting the cart before the horse, but ICMH has already identified and set up the market place for their product before they even had the product completed. This simply allows them to "hit the ground running" once they get the Visa deal worked out!
