Guys, I just created a new post to alert everyone here at allstocks that we are expecting the PR. I'm hoping to generate some more buzz around the pr. Please feel free to contribute to the other post - maybe just a thought or two would be helpful.
We should keep the open dialogue here, I think.

What happens if I buy with unsettled funds? I know its considered a "free ride" if I sell before those funds settle but what happens if you do? Anything?

but some brokers won't allow you to buy on margin with penny stocks. Also you have to have a margin account in order to trade on margin.

Hazmat, I just spoke with Scottrade,I think they realy frown on doing that. You'll probably get a repramand letter the first time and may ask you for a deposite to cover it. After that would have your account restricted to buying with settled funds. I don't know about other brokers.

They will freeze your account after the first handslap.

JIF, it's not that most us here don't think this is worth sharing with others, but right now it seems that the frame of mind about the pending news is "I'll believe it when I see it" because of some misleading comments from Doug. Once the news is out and there is something solid to promote, then I think it would be a great idea to spread the word as much as possible. If the news doesn't come until later in the week, those of us hanging tight, should have a few more good buying opportunities.

I am 3 dollars overdrawn on my Choicetrade account. I can't figure out why. I sell one stock and all goes fine. I deduct the 5 dollar commission when I am figuring how many shares I can afford when purchasing a new stock. But after a few days I have 3 or 4 dollars less than before. I've been 3 dollars overdrawn for 2 weeks (as long as I've been stuck holding ICMH). I don't know if I've gotten a letter or not. My wife might not have checked the mail in that amount of time. Anyone know why my account loses 3 or 4 dollars a few days after a sell and what should I expect from Choicetrade for being overdrawn.

I agree. Either we move big, or we dip to about .0013 and I buy a lot more. I'm happy with both scenarios.

I have a scottrade account and the only thing with the unsettled funds is that you have to wait 3 days before you can sell the stock you bought with the unsettled funds so if you bought some of this stock today you cant sale until thursday. I've done it a few times now and they havent said anything to me. And i called to make sure i could do it.

Right, after three days the sell is settled. I think you can sell anytime as long as the purchace was made with settled funds, you don't have to wait for the purchace to settle, just the sell used to buy. Clear as Mud?

Hazmat. If you keep some margin stocks in your account you are free to trade up to 50% of the value of those stocks. Ford 1000 shares, value $10000. you could trade up 5000 on margin. Just pick up some blue chips for legitamacy. Good Luck Everyone!

Off topic, but while we wait for news, you may want to due some DD on DIAAF.
Shares Outstanding – 20 Mil Recent contracts and approvals 52 week low today RSI at 30 0.07 back in April
The MM’s did a shake of this one today. I decided to take a chance and jumped in at 0.01. Wait and see if the big bounce comes. Not a recommendation, just sharing.

It would sure be nice to see a PR tomorrow. I know better than to expect it though. I'm not going to get excited again until I see something is already out. On the bright side, this PR is so far overdue that it is bound to come out sometime soon.

Hazmat, just change your Scottrade "cash" acount to a "Margin" account. I do not buy on margin, but it's a way to not have to worry about the unsettled funds problem.
Ask them about it.

(not trying to bash this stock im just really dissapointed. how do you think wall street would react if they were expecting news that never came? sell.
