The outstanding shares of the company are 490,000,000 but only 370,000,000 are in the market the rest areresticted shares , The finnacing deal with the restricted shares is that there is 0% finnacing as long as they buy back the shares befour years end, When i asked when is is planning on buying them back he said for sure befour the years end to take advantage of this deal, I asked him what he thought about the companys price right now and he laughed he said the company is way undervauled and should be in the .008-.1 range when i asked him a time frame on this he said hopefully over the next year, I also told him when that i was looking to buy more andi asked him when i should get in the company for the best price he said asap , When i asked doug i said there was a rumer going around onthe internet that there was a huge Pr comming out this week and he confirmed that yes that there was a huge PR comming out this week though he would not give me an exact day , I asked him what what be in the PR again he couldent specify but he said he and the company was very excited to announce it . I asked him about Profits and revenues for the up comming year and he said that with a new product ( he would not say the product) he said they would have extrmely imprissive revenue for the future. I also asked him about the rumers of a hedge fund that was going to help him buy back the stock he said nothing has been signed yet but there is someone in mind and in the works . Then at the end of my conversation with him i asked him what makes him differant then other picksheet companys and what makes him speacial . Wow i dident know i could get a ceo so mad at me lol He literally started yelling saying that his company is nothing like other pink sheets he said he is no scam he has a real product with real potential and real deals comming , I dont know what to make out of that but i think he may have slipped something in his rage ( deals ) a key word but we will see what happens guys
I guesse deep down inside i am just glad to here him confirming that we will have a PR comming this week

California? I've seen conflicting info that they are in Phoenix and/or Nevada.

Yeah honestly the way the ceo was talking the call is actually inspiring me to buy more im just waiting for a few funds to clear from another stock and as long as this thing dossent spike to high im getting someore shares probably another 5 or so million

When it comes to the otcbb he was very vage on it i have it hear in my notes that he mentioned it but he then i changed subjects and got back onto trying to find out company finnicials , What i liked about him was that he said he loves to help investers out with any questions they have and he said he will answer them to as much as law will let him idk it just gives me more confidence in a comapny like that then one where i talked to a spokes person or answering machine

Yeah a hier close would be nice but idk about it happening only because this stock is currantly in the pre launch position and a positive close alone would be good for me . With news this will fly there are alot of people on the side lines of this stock just waiting for the news and well untill we get in dont exspect any huge spikes but do hope for a nice steedy up tick each day

volume's been stalled for a long time now. It's either going to fade out for the day or activity is going to kick up into a frenzy.
