Hopefully someone can answer these questions for me:

1)Exactly who and what are the MarketMakers and how is it that they affect the share price of smallcap companies. Also, do they have more power over pinksheets or otcbb, and if so, why?

2)When one is looking at the outstanding shares of a company, what am I looking for and how should it affect my decision to buy into a company?
