i did find out today that there is a major clean up going on with all around the hudson river 40 mil for clean up from 2005-2009,trying to find out if they are part of contracts,they do have the technology to do as contracts says and have several patents on water treatment so i say even more now that pr can be true,we will see,but im stil holding,

The DEC manages these resources, and provides information on when you may need a fishing license, where to find boat launches, obtaining permits for dock construction or other alteration of waters or wetlands, and how to report spills, pollution, or poaching.
The Estuary Program The most familiar part of the Hudson, running from Albany to New York City, is an estuary - a long arm of the sea subject to tides and the upriver press of salty ocean water. The estuary is home to a diverse array of plants and animals that depend on its productive waters for essential activities such as spawning and wintering.
Much of DEC's work on the estuary is coordinated by the Hudson River Estuary Program. The Estuary Program is built on partnerships with many other federal, state, and local programs. The Program works to conserve and restore the Hudson's extraordinary natural heritage, scenery, and mystique. This is done through projects founded in science and carried out in ways that support the Valley's citizens. Specific means of achieving these objectives are detailed in the goals and targets of the Estuary Program's Action Agenda, the latest refinement of the Estuary Action Plan, first released in May 1996 by Governor George Pataki. The Agenda is updated approximately every four years.

actually i stamd corrected it is gas driven is the way they want to go,the wind was another company i was thinkig about,my bad.dont know if pr is exact as the leaked ne was,but we will see.

Forget the PR. All this needs is a little push in volume and the rest will follow. Has a problem breaking .008 but reaches .008 very easily. If you can get enough people willing to get into this stock you might be able to break .008

forget the pr?what i just say buy?capt cant do thaqt anymore,especially after wftv,lost alot of my supporters because of alex,anywayand then all the other rumors going around that arent 100% true,Capts in question,so all i can do is post what i know and find.good luck anyway.
