I was using last years rev numbers....You are right if they continue with the same growth rate. I just know that one month does not make a trend and that is why I used actuals for 12 months. Did not mean to piss you off.

More fluffy PR- The company really wants the price to go up you can tell, they keep releasing PR when the rumors reach their peak... I think the public has noticed this and everybody is afraid to buy in because of it.

I got out earlier. Not to bash the co. but I laughed when I saw the PR about the Mitsubishi dealership. They're only releasing this to try to bump up pps.
If the company gets listed and grows more this mentality of theirs will be awesome, but it sucks when they don't really have anything to say.

as soon as i saw there was a pr before the bell, i knew it would jump a little and then tank throughout the day. i thought they would have let the anticipation raise the pps before an afternoon pr. silly to release it pre-bell.

that is exactly what they are doing, PRing to try and support the PPS.

I told you guys to get out when you had the chance hope this thing rebounds monday but for anyone who is new to this stock this seems to be how it works the company goes up ( this morning ) then it contracts at around 11:30 it declines even more ( mm's go to lunch) picks up alttle just after lunch then settle down and ends up lower at the end of the day ive been watching this and had owned this for the last 2 weeks and thats how it has played i thought watching for the earnings would send this stock sky high but the earning where well less then exspected so this stock yesterday had a low of .0016 and i think it will atleast re test if not break those lows and possibly head back to single digits exspecially if the company keeps giving bull s h i t PR just to try and get the pps up with in turns actuallu hurts invester confidence and makes people sell fast get out befour the 20's are gone imo and if you dont well dont say i dident warn you unlike some people even after i sell the stock i still watch it to try and give some other newer people the heads up on whats going on i wish some one did that for me when i got started well i learned the hard way ... best of luck to every one and kevin im sorry for you if one of my next stock picks takes off ill meet you in nyc for a drink ... good luck guys and gals

A private message was sent to me advising me of this i wont post who sent it to me incase he dossent want his name posted but all of you should know
FYI: as of today the transfer agent has been gagged at the request of the company, questions reguarding share count ( O/S ) must be made to the company. PM`d this today around 2 pm, no one will post it, cant blame them!
I asked him to explain wht this all means for anyone who dossent understand and i got this response
it means the company does not want the transfer agent to tell investors how many shares are issued and outstanding, you need to call the company to find out, they need to contact the T/A daily to keep up to date, basicaly they can give you the run around or be vague or even say they dont know! gagging the transfer agent is almost ALWAYS bad news for investors, they can flood the market or raise authorized shares without investors knowing
BE VERY CAREFULL THIS IS TURNING INTO A SCAM

Not to say your secret source is right or wrong, but why is this being sent around via private message? How about hearing the whole thing along with the number to the transfer agent? After that, I think a follow-up call to GRYF IR would be in order to confirm.

ive been reading posts and different threads on gryf the last week. for the newcomers who just popped in, go back and read all the threads on gryf and you will see the people who have nothing but positive things to say about the company, then, the price stalls, they sell then they have nothing but negative things to say about the company until they can buy cheap again.
I called the company yesterday (415 738 6950) i asked him some general questions like why the share price was so low and some of the things ive been reading here. he said the share price is way undervalued, i told him someone on this board, after he sold, said he did the math and came up with something like .0016 for fair value price. he started laughing and said thats complete bull****. i asked him what the actuall number of cars where sold this year compared to last year and for the quarters. he said a pr would be released something this week on the numbers. he said they hired one of the top 3 auditors to audit numbers to get listed on the otcbb which in his opinion will mean a better share price. i asked him about the shares outstanding, he told me to call the transfer agent to get exact amount (801 466 3355) he told me that they are concered about shareholder value and are trying there hardest to please the shareholders. in closing, he said, go find a pinksheet company thats profitable, how many pinksheet companys are losing money and the shareprice is pennys, he named another car dealership that was 10 cents and was losing money, i dont remember the name.
so thats what i know. i would advise you to call the company and speak to investor relations and read the past posts and threads to who has the agendas. ive seen some names here on shakerz and moverz pumping this stock waiting for a small jump.

I'm a shareholder of this company and bought @ 0.0069. I sold at a loss, and bought lower. Now that is out of the way, this is my honest opinion: Because most people buy this stock to make a quick buck, the MM's will short her to death, and then they will cover by taking her down and creating a panic sell off. Monday the MM's will make a he11 of a lot of money, and we shareholders will lose proportionate to their gain. If people Monday don't buy or sell we will do okay; otherwise, the existing shareholders are in big dudy. It’s a shame, but this company just doesn’t have a loyal base of shareholders to discourage the MM’s from shorting. The MM’s don’t give a hoot of what the proper value of a company should be; they just want to make as much $$$ as they can. There is a lot of undervalued companies out there, and the only way they gain their proper value is if they are able to attract enough shareholders who will be dedicated to their stock. Next Monday don’t buy or sell GRYF.

So what I see we just got 4 mil dollars worth of stock. 165,000 a year minimum for franchise. and 3.57% of all sales which, let's say $500,000 a year in sales per dealership would be $17,850 x 5= $89,250 which would double every year. SO 2nd year would be $178,500 and 3rd year $357,000 and 4th year $714,000 and so on. I would say these numbers are pretty conservative, but I have never worked in the car business so I could be wrong. This isn't counting the $100,000+ a month they are currently doing if they keep those numbers plus they will still be opening their own it said. In my opinion if they went to the otcbb it would be great it would show us they are serious and not just screwing with us like other companies that are just saying they are going. I would be suprised if we have a very steady climb till audit is finshed and we find out whether or not they are still on track to go to otcbb. This is my opinion do your own DD. Also I do own this stock.
