Thanks for the update... I don't know if you saw my post (email from Kobi) last month (about 6/22 or so)..after I asked him about possibly buying back shares because they were undervalued. Here was Kobi's email back to me: _________________________ Thank you very much for your e-mail. Indeed. there is a lot of logic in your way of thinking. On the other hand, as a leading company ,with many years of experience and faithfulness with it`s line of business, we are looking and make our efforts for the long run.
As a result - in some cases, we are definitely might "sacrifice" the share value for a short time, while building up the projects or the infrastructure for the next level of business or market share.
I agree with you, that we must also keep our investors interests, which is extremely important for us , but according to our information, most of our investors are "long runners" , mainly because the nature of our business, and the period of time that some projects takes.
I trust that very soon, you will find out that the value of the shares will represent it`s true value, thanks to business developments instead of financial manipulations.
In case you are a "short runner", you can also find prudently the exact days , which the value is low but the lava seething ,according to the news and your very healthy (I must say according to your e-mail) intuition.
I will be more then happy to be at your disposal any time you will need.

I wouldn't be surprised Net. We haven't seen volume like this since the last jump!
They are overdue for a news release! They also should be giving an update on the Tsunami project, and Urchin integration. Given that there was just another Tsunamai in India, the recollection is fresh in people's mind... would be a good time to discuss progress from the last tragic tsunamai.

If I read the chart right, most of the volume was in the last two hours of trading at .0005/.0006 and then at the very end, on much smaller volume, it popped down to .0002 In the morning it might move back up.

98 million shares traded = several years worth of shares traded? And a lot of it was at .0006 Could be that somebody said sell at the market and got out at .0002? 98 million sounds like a lot, but from what I could find out, at the beginning of this year they had 3.14 billion shares. Don't know how many are held by insiders.

CESAREA, Israel, May 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Other OTC:ITGJ.PK - News), a provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it is expanding the scope of its agreement with Email Appeal (http://www.emailappeal.com) to enable the offering of unique services to large corporations.
After recently launching a marketing campaign of Email Appeal's email-branding products bundled with InterAge's products and services, the response has lead the Company to expand the offering to include sophisticated solutions for corporations. ``We can now install Email Appeal in large corporations, where they have hundreds or even thousands of email accounts, and charge a fee for each account,'' notes InteraAge's CEO, Kobi Freund. ``We're now targeting some 20 large corporations where we know that the Email Appeal application will give them a compelling corporate-wide branding solution. By taking this approach, InterAge can expect to see a significant growth in revenues, not just from the Email Appeal solution, but also from offering our comprehensive set of products and solutions, as well.''
Email Appeal created OnLetterHead is an application that takes standard form emails and turns them into distinctly branded, colorful, dynamic sales pieces. ``This new addition to our agreement with Email Appeal is exciting and opens up a lot of new doors that can leverage our operations,'' concludes Freund.

I haven't seen anything like this from my experiences.
usually the shorts work on heavy volume- this had almost no volume for weeks leading up to a 100 mil day, and then it sits dormant for 2 days afterwards.
further, i can't explain why the majority of the 100 mil trading were buys, then with a fraction of the buys, the pig drops 150%.
I have no clue what's up. All i know is my shares are worth next to nothing, so all I can do is stand here with my big BAG.

I want to buy more at these prices too, but I have had trouble buying in the past. Now I don't even think about buying unless I see that a trade has gone through.

InterAge Signs Web-Based Marketing Contract for Several High-Tech Start Ups Tuesday August 2, 2:00 pm ET Projects Managed by Successful High-Tech Entrepreneur
CESAREA, Israel, Aug. 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Other OTC:ITGJ.PK - News), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it will work closely with a prominent venture capitalist in Israel on the web-based marketing of its most advanced start up companies. ADVERTISEMENT
Israel is well known for producing highly innovative and successful start up companies. While the world economy has been recovering from the downturn of the last few years, many new projects have come to the forefront of research and development activities in Israel. Among them, five projects sponsored by a 'serial' entrepreneur and his venture capital fund are now to be marketed over the web by InterAge.
``Zvi Hava has some of the most impressive credentials in Israel's high-tech industry,'' comments Kobi Freund, CEO of InterAge. ``He is the co-founder of Scanvec. He was Senior Vice-President of Arel and was both CEO and CTO of Moonlight, which was recently acquired by PatchLink. So, when Zvi called us in to help with his projects, we quickly took up the challenge.''
Presently, five projects are slated for web-based marketing by InterAge in the areas of telemedicine, a new uninterrupted power supply (UPS) technology, a safety/security device, an innovative biological response modifier (BRM) used for Hematopoiesis disorders (auto-immune and infectious diseases), and a project for the automatic production of real photo albums.
``These projects are highly diverse and they touch on some of the most advanced technologies in the world,'' continues Freund. ``We look forward to helping these projects become well known in their respective industries and I'm sure we'll be able to help Mr. Hava generate a lot of positive activity for the companies.''
