flashman,

Last week or so I got in on this, made a quick 41% return and only held for 5 days. Then the next day or so, it went to a 150% return.... I was still pleased with my ROI.

I bought in again because this looks to be a very promising stock. I am making this a long term hold.
What are the rest of you doing?

Thanks,

Stockmover

I made a good chunk on this one as well.
Might jump back in on it when it goes a little
lower.

Flashman,

I myself am fairly new to this stock trading also. What I bought was about 30k shares at .02

Only $600 invested overall but a nice return for a 5 day hold. I would buy more but I have a lot of my funds tied into a few other stocks. I would get at least 60k shares because I think this will see .06-.10 in the next 30-60 days. Just my opinion. GOOD LUCK.

I like this stock, it looks like it might move to higher levels soon, momentum building up. Let´s see what future brings, if it moves it will be wild again.

Also Small float here, less than 50 mill. Could move fast and wild.

Not sure on this one. Is the dividend just going to dilute? I've seen that happen before.

Closed at its HOD and will move higher pre market! This is a one day choice! Tomorrow is the last day you could own this and get the 25% dividend due to the 3 day settlement for record! Expect a major gap up!

How do you figure that. The date of record is Aug 25th. Next month. There is lots of time to get in this one.

probably many did the same error
(that is the reason for the buying pressure today)

no reason to keep the money locked for 1 month when you can reach
the same result buying the week before AUG 25th

well hopefully if you wait a month to get in it will cost you more. I am hoping that it goes up between now and then, plus the divy then I sell. I think in the long haul after the divy the price will drop to reflect the dilution it caused.

this will go up for a few days then drop. It is the sam as a 4 for 5 split. There will be 25% more shares in the float. Remember that when you buy.

HOUSTON, Jul 22, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Empyrean Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:EPYH), a
national real estate holding company, announced today that together with its
business partner, United Construction Group (UCG), it has broken ground on its
project in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Kewaskum is one of the fastest growing
communities in Wisconsin, and this project is the largest real estate
development plan in the area.

The plan contains over $50 million of mixed retail, commercial and residential
construction. Several of the residential sites are already under construction
and site engineers have now begun initial earthmoving to prepare the mall site
for construction which is estimated to begin within three months. Pictures and
diagrams of the construction will be posted on Empyrean's website in the coming
weeks.

CEO Robert L. Lee stated, "We are very excited about this project due to the
economic impact on the area, the amount of interest that has been received from
potential tenants, and our forecasted profit potential. The mixed-use plan
assists us to mitigate risk and allows us to enhance the location in such a way
that it is significantly improving a very beautiful area of the state that
receives a tremendous amount of tourism. We expect to see double-digit returns
on this investment over the next several years."
