For all of those who care. USCI is officially dead. I called the number and it was disconnected and then I checked out the USCI board and here is what was written.
I just got off the phone with Mr Meeks and he informed me that USCI is (dead) his words. He said he is very sorry for the collapse but, the people who had agreed to purchase some of the units had not followed through with their end( no deposits, no equipment). It did not work out with the marketing people and he had some bad management in place. He said he is starting something new and would "try" to offer something to the shareholders of USCI with it. He is not sure how but to check back with him at a later date for more information. This is a general gist of our conversation. Sorry for the bad news... Please call 909-796-3446 so that you can verify what I've said.

I would imagine some broker was clearing its books and wiping out an account for a client. If you hold a dead stock you can contact your broker to have it removed from your account.
The web link says invalid account. Setup.com was just the name of the hosting site. USCI hasn't paid its bill so now it is diverted to an invalid accout page.
