This stock is ready to make it's move! It should be a reporting company by year's end. Growing both internally and externally.

been watching this one for a while. It's seems to have a great product and to be a good company. It just doesn't like to do to many press releases and I think that hurts them a bit.

rumor has it that the CEO is close to having his ducks in a row and will start a national recognition campaign. He supposedly has the last three years of audits completed and will file very soon. With the acquisition of HTI and all the new ovens coming on line and buying back shares, nothing but upside in my opinion. The CEO is on record that there will not be a reverse split.

Sounds like something I need to re-visit for the longer term

the quarterly report should be out either this week or next. It should be pretty interesting since this will be the last one before the shareholder's meeting in Vegas at the end of August. I'm looking for an update on the share count. The IR rep said the company has been aggressively buying back shares. Cetek bought HTI in an all cash deal with no dilution to the shareholders. Pretty impressive for a sub-penny stock.

here is a good post from another board...
positiveone: I grew up in suburban Chicago and have been in and out of Motorola for nearly thirty years. The proven nanotechnology that MOT has makes a perfect fit for what Samsung wants to acomplish. As far as CTKH goes, there is more to the story than MOT will currently acknoweledge. We know that 3-5 years ago CTKH was not only working with MOT at their advanced technology lab in Tempe on NED-FED displays, but that at least one press release from that era stated that CTKH's ceramic substrate was the most receptive surface in which to grow MOT's nano found so far. When the tech bubble burst in 2001-2002 MOT was forced to cutback, and the Tempe facility was eventually closed down. Fayiz proceeded to get a licence agreement from MOT to use their nanotechnology. This agreement was supposedly reached in the fall of 2002 when CTKH thought that they had a VC firm in the wings to underwrite their project. At the eleventh hour for whatever reason(very possibly Fayiz's stubborness) the Venture Capital firm pulled out and Fayiz missed a licence payment to Motorola. Things turned on a dime and Fayiz found himself with his back to the wall, and was advised to do a R/S in order to get the share price up for visibility, and raise more funds to keep the company and the deal with MOT alive. As we all know now the R/S was a disaster for CTKH, as most R/S's are for pennystocks. Fayiz issued more shares to keep the doors open, and kept on selling substrates to the telecoms and the chip industry. Operating close to the vest, Fayiz was able to bring the company to profitablity by late 2003, and took the opportunity to sell a substantial ammount of shares into the market to raise money so that he could persue his dreams of being a player in the upcoming NED-FED boom(displaytek?). Those dreams are still alive, however I think Fayiz realizes that he needs a serious backer with very deep pockets in order to bring a finished product to market, so in the mean time why not concentrate on selling substrates to an ever growing field of players, and with the money raised at the end of 2003 try to buy some small private companies on the cheap and increase CTKH's revenues, visibility and potential customer base. I think that Fayiz has the capability to grow carbon nanotubes on his substrates, but there are still some potential infringement issues with MOT that is holding him back. If Fayiz can make a seamless 40 inch substrate that MOT's nano can be grown on, and can produce a working prototype (NED-FED), then he will be the bell of the ball at the annual CES show in Vegas later this year. That is a very optimistic scenario and one to which I don't subscribe to at present, however at the very least we do have an investment in a very high quality ceramic supplier and micro elctronics firm, which are both profitable. Even with 4.7 billion shares outstanding, CTKH is still very undervalued. Just how undervalued we are we will not know until Fayiz releases the financials later this year. I for one am willing to wait to find out the answer. The preceeding account is a historical reference and is not a suggestion to buy or sell stock. Please take the time to do proper due dilligence on any penny stock that you are thinking of taking a position in. My personal feeling is that my investment and belief in CTKH will be vindicated, either later this year or in the first quater of 2006. I have no idea if CTKH will run to one cent or ten cents, but I do feel that the current SP is highly undervalued. For me there is more at stake here than just making a profit, it is my belief in the American system of capitalisim and free enterprise that is on the line. In America today it almost seems to be the norm to go and get yours at any cost, even if it means bending the law or screwing your neighbor. I grew up in the same generation as Fayiz and I sense that he holds some of the same old fasioned values that I hold. If I am wrong, then it is more than money that I will lose with my investment in CTKH. Where I grew up, words like duty, honor and country had a profound meaning, and to serve your country was not looked upon as a course of last resort but rather a responsibility handed down by previous generations of brave and principled individuals. I am not often encouraged by what I see in America these days, but I am proud as hell to see our our military personel trying to make our country and this world a safer place. Those soldiers, sailors and airmen are in my prayers tonight as they are every night as are my former comrades in arms both living and deceased. God bless America, on this our 229th year of independence!

Still seems to be alive... although pretty quiet.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y., Jul 29, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Cetek Technologies, Inc., (Pink Sheets:CTKH) a manufacturer of ceramic materials for the electronics and power generating industries, and in conjunction with its wholly owned subsidiary, Hybrid-Tek Inc., manufacturer of hybrid products used in electronic functions including switch driver circuits, laser diode sub-mounts, high-speed microwave components, and sophisticated high-density, multi-layer circuits, files the following brief status update for the second quarter.

Sales revenues in all sectors of the company continue to improve, with the recently ended second quarter remaining strong in production and shipment of our ceramic, and other products. Revenues were up from the comparable quarter in 2004, and as has been the case of the past several quarters, Cetek continues to operate with net positive cash flow.

Cetek has set Friday, August 26, 2005, at 2:00 PM for its annual shareholder meeting, to be held at the Riviera Casino Hotel, 2901 Las Vegas Blvd. in Las Vegas, Nevada. Shareholders of record as of July 11, 2005, will be entitled to attend.

Operationally, we have reported previously about having an order backlog. Demand for Cetek's proprietary ceramic material has been outpaced by our capacity to produce the substrate. Cetek is pleased to report that, to better meet this shortfall, three new high capacity ovens have just been completed and are now operational. These custom-built ovens will significantly enhance our production capabilities of large footprint of our ceramic material. These large ovens are designed to be running twenty-four seven, with generator backup in the event of temporary power disruption. They were in development for more than a year, and we are very pleased to have these proprietary ovens now on line.

We have discussed developing a new marketing plan that includes the launching of a new Internet-based division called "The Ceramic Store." Although this has been discussed and anticipated, it is still under development at his time. We do expect The Ceramic Store to be operational by the end of the year.

Cetek Technologies, along with Hybrid-Tek (http://www.hybrid-tek.com) continues to explore the potential application of the company's ceramics, and thick film processes, in the ever-growing electronics industry wherein high-grade ceramic material has commercial application.

From the Company's inception, we've focused on building a company with solid fundamentals, and with superior, state-of-the-art technology. We continue to make good progress, each quarter, toward our corporate objectives. In closing, I thank all shareholders for their continuous support, as we strive to build shareholder value for our stockholders.

Respectfully submitted,

Fayiz Hilal

CEO and President

I was a little upset he didn't offer more information in the quarterly, but I guess he is saving it for the shareholder's meeting. This is a sub-penny stock that is growing very fast. It won't be at these levels for very long in my opinion.
