I was a "phone tech" for many years. Installed many voice recognition autoattendants. IVOC has always been a scam and always will be a scam. Play the chart on this one... nothing more nothing less.

iVoice Reports Total Cash Reserves of $11 Million Business Wire - July 18, 2005 06:15
MATAWAN, N.J., Jul 18, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC), a leader in speech-recognition technology, announced today that it had recently completed an additional round of funding under its equity line of credit. Since the beginning of 2005, iVoice has raised an additional $4.4 million dollars, bringing its total cash reserves to approximately $11 million. Jerome Mahoney, President and Chief Executive Officer of iVoice stated: "The Company's cash position has never been stronger. Clearly, we have the financial resources to fund the Company's cash needs for the foreseeable future. We anticipate these funds will be used for general working capital needs, financing future growth, strategic acquisitions and/or a cash dividend to shareholders."

Hope this is the "right" thread for IVOC. I found many others.
Looking for some info on IVOC dividend shares. My broker has not posted my divvie shares to my account yet. Before I call him, I wanted to see if anyone else had received theirs.
