What service offers level 2 quotes? not a brokerage just only a service that offers level two on a monthly subscription basis...

any info would be apprecatied....thanks

Hello, I have Scottrade to make trade, however I found their prices rather in order to trade penny stocks. Would anyone know what would be the best online broker to trade pennies?

Let me correct myself, I find Scottrade's commissions rather expensive in order to trade pennies. Would anyone recommend a better online broker for pennies?
