I'm not trying to compare QBID and PRRM but my question is, It seems like QBID cares what happens with the stock at least on the surface and PRRM seems to not care about what happens or at least it isn't as important to them. QBID is makeing a big effort to improve the standing of the stock and PRRM does nothing.

Just a thought!

Beck, I hate to disagree with you, but I only see that Frank has control of over 50% of the stock. But how much stock is that? Is his salary tied to and given in stock??

Q has just as many unknowns as PRRM. There IS NOT the information to provide a real analysis. There is only speculation and formulas. But, I think "Q" has a bigger market to sell their goods. Other than that, I don't see a differnece.

I have been in and out of "Q" several times and have made great $ flipping it, so I am not bashing. But the fact still remains that there in not enough "public" information to actually invest in either company.

Each one is a lottery ticket, "Q" having the better odds.

QBID released this information last Feb. 2004 thats how I now. Now I agree that after the run QBID probably dumped shares. But the 7.5 billion was a known number at the time. I actually think they have diluted since then. Thats part of the reason in plummeted. But I would have never used the 7.5 billion if it wasn't true and published.

Sorry Ric, QBID is pink so they don't have to disclose their share structure. That is what is holding Q back. At least PRRM has disclosed their share structure and we know it will take a miracle to move.

i have a feeling the 6 billion that was restricted on the loan was sold into the market for qbid. looks like frank bought a bunch too since he still holds 53% of the total.

Ric, I have looked at the SEC filings and there has not been ONE filing to the SEC.

I also agree with you that they dumped shares. How many, who knows. But, with the average volume being 350M per day (X5 days = 1.5B). The pps hasn't moved enough to account for flippers, daytraders, and mm's.

Currently (today), "Q" looks alot like PRRM. Feb. '04 it did look different.

Bill, he could also be compensated by shares as part of his salary structure. It happens all the time with pinks.

Back to PRRM. The company has way too many outstanding shares with little revenue and assets. It will go nowhere IMHO, maybe a little flipper once or twice in a lifetime.

I never said it was a SEC filing. It was a company PR. Of course they can lie in it but like MLON found out the SEC monitors that also just like a filing a company is not allowed to lie in a PR also. BUt then to someone can lie in a filing also.

Still doesn't matter PRRM with 71 billion share will never move.

Ric, do you think Frank could authorize more shares because he has controlling interest in the company? Would it be in Franks best interest to tell all of us shareholders he did that? Alot changes in 1 1/2 years.

I would hope that he wouldn't, but the volumes suggest he did is all I am saying. I am not debating the fact that "Q" has a company and product, I just feel in that dark about share structure.

All "reporting" companies give the investor financials and shareholder equity as well as show how their financial base changes with each new development.

Alas, we agree! PRRM doesn't have the financial structure to provide shareholders value IMO(and yours)due to the amount of outstanding shares.

I in no way am taking up for QBID, Its fun for the runs. They have plenty of problems. As far as I am concerned, everyone needs to stop buying these stocks that gag the TA in protest. I no longer hold any pinksheet long term period. And advise anyone that is to get out quick. But it seems we all have to learn the hard way how to invest in pinks. Pinks are good for one thing, runners. Period.

My statement never was intended to take up QBID no way no how, lol. Just the fact that someone was comparing there run last year to a stock with 71 billion shares.

Dan just called me, I had sent hime some e-mails. just talked a couple minuites-The A/S will be updated to 80 billion on pinksheets. Skiershop is still being bought by PRRM, just taking a lot longer than expect-financials are still going to follow the Skiershop closing. The magazine was printed a few weeks back and should be in the hands of all the retailers by now. Name change is still coming soon, they have picked a name. He said he had been so busy it was hard to get some things done, he was going to try and get a shareholder update to the shareholders. He has been in several states recently-lol-cannot remember all the states-but heard for sure Colorado, California. It all sounds very positive, we just have to wait untill things are done. If I think of anything I forgot to say, I will post it.

Thanks for replying Justplayin, it's cool to disagree thats what this is all about. Like I said I wasn't trying to compare the two, I was just writing what it look like to me on the surface. Please keep in mind I am a rookie in the stock market as well as this board, so I am learning as I go and if I say something stupid just consider the source.

Thanks
