About Stock Talk LIVE
"Stock Talk LIVE" is a fully interactive business radio talk show focused exclusively on continuous coverage of microcap stocks (stocks under $5). The show is "on-the-air" each and every stock market day from 9 AM to 4 PM EST. "Stock Talk LIVE" is a major milestone for the financial information industry. There are other weekly and even daily short-length radio shows about tiny companies and stocks, but to the best of our knowledge no one has ever done LIVE continuous coverage of micro cap stocks each and every trading day from opening bell to the close. Stock Talk LIVE is focused on providing information about small publicly-traded companies that typically do not receive press coverage by major media outlets.

Well i suppose they will spin-off the new subsidiary (soon or later)
Senticore, Inc. (SNIO) , a publicly traded holding company, has reported acquiring controlling interest in a publicly traded shell corporation for the benefit of one if its holdings, LoboGaming Corporation. LoboGaming is a gaming software development company based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and the parent of recently launched LoboPoker.com.
Last month, Senticore announced its intent to assist LoboGaming in its effort to become a public company. In order to gain public status as an operating company, LoboGaming is preparing to engage in a reverse merger transaction with the newly acquired public corporation. The identity of the public entity will be disclosed to investors upon completion of its restructuring and the subsequent merger transaction with LoboGaming. Senticore management expects the merger to be formally memorialized this month.
