so they are going to do a 1 for 10000 split and then pay the div, now thats a scam, lol what a joke, so instead of paying on a million shares they pay it on 100, and to think I could have sold a few months ago for .005 this has done nothing but gone down since the div announcement

Well dont feel lonely! When something appears to be too good to be true it normlay is. Between this, and GVRP, I have had my fill of the too good to be trues. And with the $$ I have in this one, I refuse to sell off. A few more dollars down cant hurt me that much more. Hell could barely pay the commission and get back much more than $20. And Id pay $20 to watch a monkey F*CK a Football.

Well. isnt time for a lawsuit against Mr. Robert Doherty. I mean, he had promissed alot, mislead a lot of investors and now he smoke a big sigar on his yacht near the Bahama's. This is really a blame for the OTC.

UDVE: If not already posted, UDVE is now MDGM, all assets have been transfered to United Shareholders Holdings Corp. Upon completion shareholders will still have equity in the new structure, Mindenao Gold Mining Corp. Any future payouts will be responsibility of United Shareholders Corp. As a requirement of the sale, Robet Doherty has officially resigned from UDVE as of tghe end of business today and will not be a part of MDGM. Well, I am now down to 16 shares, unless they go to $26.87 a share I am on the losing side, of course I should remember the dividend of .005 X 16shs $.008. Pinks and Gold are very risky.......
