why is it moving? a pump? no news...this is the company that beat everyone up last year saying they had a IR keyboard and they did not. Becareful I took a beating on it...

8-K came out after hours. Up to 5 billion shares now. I dumped my UVCL yesterday and bought back into Ibiz for the first time in over a year. Will look for a spike at open and get out. Will then wait for UVCL to drop a few more stories like a brick and get in for a quick dead cat bounce.
