volume increasing..with an o/s of 185m, this can easily run to .0025-.0030 range..this used to trade above a penny when it was Livestar entertaintment

Careful with this one. I wanted to get in at 7, but I couldn't free up my money in time. I'm going to sit this one out for now, .0007 was a very very good entry point, but anything above it is a gamble, since the wiggle seems to be about .0007-.0012. I once got in this one at .0013, which was obviously a big mistake.

JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire Telecom Services Company Generating Over $12,000,000 in Revenue Annually; This Acquisition Planned to Be the Key Unit of JUPITER
LAS VEGAS, NV, Jun 14, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC BB: JPHC) announced today a Letter of Intent to acquire a US based telecom services company that is generating over $12 Million in annual revenues. Once closed, this acquisition will add significant revenues, cash flow and assets immediately to JUPITER'S financial statements. The telecom service company JUPITER is planning to acquire a facilities-based telecom applications service provider. Their lines of businesses include; prepaid calling card platforms, international gateway and arbitrage services, enhance IVR solutions, Co-location services and Universal Point of Sale Activation Services. This acquisition target has asked their name and location not be made public until a definitive agreement has been executed and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The key to this acquisition is that this telecom services company would not only bring large revenues to JUPITER but they are very complimentary with VOXBOX and its plan to rollout its service across the US.
Ray Hawkins, CEO of JUPITER, commented: "We are pleased the discussion regarding this acquisition target has progressed from meaningful discussions to a Letter of Intent. We believe that the numerous conditions, which must be met by both parties for a definitive agreement to be reached and subsequent closing, will be satisfied. The acquisition is subject to final negotiations and the acquisition target providing audited financial statements prior to the signing of a definitive agreement. Other terms of the acquisition will not be announced until the acquisition has been finalized. The acquisition is planned to be paid for through a combination of stock and cash. The Company currently has a finance arrangement and is negotiating with several other funding sources to provide the financing to secure this acquisition.
The CEO of VOXBOX, Ray Prescott, stated: "This Letter of Intent is a significant move forward for us when it comes to this acquisition. I have been personally working on this for several months and this telecom services company wants to be part our plans. They are a perfect fit for our strategy and we believe when closed will aid us in becoming a major force in the VoIP industry but also in other sectors of telecom-based consumer and business services.
