The bulk of them were not true buys. Look at the transaction codes and on the big ones and you'll see a "j" which means "other type of transaction". Those were multi million issuance of shares in lieu of pay and to satisfy debt. In other words, dilution. This stock was diluted by 50% between March and May. As I said in an earlier post, you might get a pop on this one as it's at a level where it has done so in the past but there IS dilution happening here and it IS going to continue. Read their last 10Q in its entirety, you'll see why I say that. Those are the reasons I chose to pass on it, I don't see it going anywhere but down. If you buy it or own it, I hope I'm wrong.

generally this stock which i have watched for the better half of a year has always rebounded to four cents from two....this play is dictated by past performance which continues to repeat in a cycle

insiders were given stock as options but have yet to exercise selling which i bet that they wont....stock is very attractive at .021 and a nice rebound play

i'm not saying that this stock is going to shoot to the moon but out of the many pinks that have a trend....this is one of them the charts do not lie about upticking to 0.04 which at the current price of .021 would give you a very nice gain if held for a month or so.....
