qualified for piggy-back exception to sec form 211 i think it is, has to do with mm's publishing quotes for a specified period of time, most pinks do not attain that status

With this pinks you never know..... but it does not look at the company is dumping shares. The PPS was brought down on a small amoount of shares.....
