I know that you have kinda discounted this one, but: PLNI. great company doing great things. Unfortunately next week many will see this as a stock to play, but once that is over this is a good long, IMO. And: if you like FEMO, then PLNI is in your price range too.

Also: HISC, OSFT, & TNOG

NCDP – The National Advertising campaign just started this weekend, it could have a nice bounce over the next week.

Check out the ad in this weeks Walgreens Circular-

Double L

As you said FEMO shows no reason to rush into it. DDSI and its sudden volume looks like it could be good for at least a quick pop!

If your looking for a mid range hold PTSC should be on your list. Its like a pressure cooker getting ready to blow a cover.

Rick - What do you think PTSC needs to blow, and how mid range? I'm still holding on to it, but I'm considering putting my money elsewhere, because it's doing nothing right now.

Long term investments are simply day trades that didn't work. (except QBID :P)

His answer depends on if he was paid to pump it or not.

I could not find any active sites that would let me contact FBCE. You are right, neither can the Pink Sheet supervisors so if anyone is considering it, just play the bounces.

Back in 2001 this seemed like the stock to be in. Bouncing around the $8 level and even being reccommended by the brokerage houses. But by 2003 it had declared bankruptcy. Some people have said that we should stop playing the pink sheets and put our money in the hands of a broker. Can be a good way to go broke, I remember when a bunch of them were reccommending Enron. Darn, and to think that we could have bought Enron for $30/share.

Here are some posts from 2001. Ah, nostolgia.

If you haven't gotten in on FBCE, get it while you still can. When this stock gets to the Nasdaq it's going to get real expensive to own. Fiber is hot, hot, hot. Not easy to find any true fiber optic manufacturer for under $45-50

The wonder child of the Fibre Optics manufacturing is now FiberCore, I beblieve many investors have not released the appreciation of Corning and a similar one. Now FBCE is suerly posed to explored soon and coming news will help it the 12 months target according to a recent analyst review is $30-40. a step rise on an Eurpoean contract huge huge to be annouced by these guys;;
VISIT their website and compare to corning - very similar in product except market - www.fibrecore.com

Strong buy -- see attatched new:

CHARLTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE--FiberCore, Inc. )(OTC BB:FBCE - news) FiberCore, a leading manufacturer of optical fiber and preform for the telecommunication and data communications markets, with production facilities in Jena, Germany and Campinas, Brazil today announced that it received new, single mode optical fiber orders from existing South American customers, valued at approximately $39 million. These orders will be filled throughout 2000, 2001 and 2002 from Xtal; FiberCore's recently acquired facility in Brazil.

``During the past several weeks, we have received orders totaling over $87 million which exhausts Xtal's current capacity,'' said Dr. Aslami, President and CEO of FiberCore, Inc. ``However, to meet continuing global customer demand, we are committed to a major capacity expansion program, the initial phase of which has already begun.''

In addition to its standard multi mode and single mode fiber, the company recently announced the introduction of its new Optical Fiber System, GigaGrade ``Pick and Place''. GigaGrade ``Pick and Place'' is a flexible system that optimizes the applicability of multimode fiber for various purposes by providing long link lengths at Gigabit speeds in laser-based systems and guaranteeing high bandwidths when used with LED's.

The company also offers a line of ValuGrade® and EconoGrade® optical fibers. These fibers are available in single-mode and multi-mode designs, and are ideally suited for Feeder Loop, Fiber-to-the Curb, (FttC), Fiber-to-the Home (FttH) and Fiber-to-the Desk (FttD) applications.``
