And what charts are you reading? They show a downturn clearly. Also penny stocks run in patterns. The next level would be .18. It is a hard number to break for some reason in the penny market. But looking at the charts it shows a hold or slight flux then down. I bet .03 again real soon. And with this companies history, dilution is probably happening at a fast pace right now.

The website has a placeholder now, instead of the registrar page:

http://www.automotivespecialtyconcepts.com

Although we had some selling, it's been holding up nicely here, looking for the next leg up to .15 if not .20 very soon here.

i see some sellers stopped by, probably seeing that you can''t order products yet, and are leaving.. perfect day to grab it down here.. I figure they weren''t going to release any more news till after the website is up and running anyway.. I emailed the IR contact regarding corrections to the website and they said they''d get them fixed quickly.

Taken from the Stock section from their website:

In today’s day and age we no longer ride horses, model T’s or trains to get from point A to point B. Instead we drive new and innovative vehicles that we just can’t get enough of. It’s not only good enough to get where you have to go but to have something that can get us there faster and with better looks. Having a red or a blue automobile doesn’t cut it anymore. We want to stand out from the others…to have something that represents us as a person. Translation: accessories, accessories, accessories (stereo systems, interior, engine parts, wheel designs, etc;). Over 300,000 new cars are produced each month, which are almost 4,000,000 cars a year -http://images.wardsauto.com/files/1004/NAweekprodSummary050528.xls. If we were to capture not even one percent of that, say .001, that would be over 3,500 sets of tires at approx. $1000. That equates to over 3.5 million dollars in initial revenues on an annual basis. In addition, factor in the rest of the cars in which car fanatics own.

Quoted by www.hypertextbook.com:

“If an alien were to land on earth, the first thing he would notice about the "green planet” is the amount of cars there are on the streets. He would see that they come in all shapes and sizes, colors and are of many different brands. He would attempts to count the cars, but would get lost quickly because no brain can comprehend a number so large. In 1900 there were only 4,192 passenger cars built in the US (the only country to be manufacturing cars). There were no buses or trucks. By 1985 there were 109 million cars in existence. Today, with dozens of countries participating in the creation of automobiles, that number is six times larger.

It is estimated that there are approximately 600 million motor vehicles being driven on the streets of earth, the alien would be dumbfounded with this number. The biggest manufacturers are Japan, producing 8,056,000 cars in 1998, the US, with 5,554,000, and Germany with 5,348,000. With passing time, these numbers experience a rapid growth. For example, in 1960 Japan produced 185,000 cars, but by the end of the 1990s it was producing nearly 10 million a year. It is believed that at this growth rate, the number of cars on earth will double within the next 30 years. In this time scientists predict that traffic congestion will become 10 times worse than it is today. If in 2001 it is difficult to cross a major street without having to wait five minutes for the traffic to stop, how long will one have to wait in 2050?
They went on to state these facts:

"There are over 600 million motor vehicles in the world today. If present trends continue, the number of cars on Earth will double in the next 30 years." - Cars Emit Carbon Dioxide, Global Warming, Focus on the Future, 1997.

"There are 107 million U.S. households, each with an average of 1.9 cars, trucks or sport utility vehicles and 1.8 drivers, the Bureau of Transportation Statistics reported. That equals 204 million vehicles and 191 million drivers." - Miller, Leslie. Cars, trucks now outnumber drivers. Salon. 29 August 2003.

Ok you understand there are too many cars… “Tell me something I don’t know, right?” Well, the profits arising from the auto markets are staggering. Mentioned here at http://www.automotive-online.com/auto-industry.html:

“Certain studies done in the US illustrate that the growth in the sale of accessories and spare parts in the US from 1985 to 2001 has been four times though the sales of automotives has not increased that much. In 2001, the automotive specialty equipment industry generated nearly $26 billion of sale.”

Remember the conservative percentage we were using earlier, .001? Well, doing the math for $26 Billion would give us $26,000,000 in annual cash flows! The market is there as you can see and as an investor it is time to invest into companies that are capitalizing in these markets. What makes Automotive Specialty Concepts a hot emerging company? The list is too long to mention here but we will make several points for you to consider.

First off, the company during its initial growth stages had gone through some difficult stages and made some mistakes due to bad advice. As of recently the company has done a reverse split and tightened up the float substantially. This offers a huge value for a stock that used to trade 10’s of millions of shares over a penny with over a billion shares out to having approx. 30M outstanding and less then 8 million in the float. The company is actively pursuing private placements and does not have any plans to have any shares issued at these levels.

The team behind the idea has created a patent which can be seen here: http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=6,518,209.WKU.&OS=PN/6,518,209&RS=PN/6,518,209 and has several patent pending here: http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=/netahtml/searchadv.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&d=CR03&S1=6,518,209.UREF.&OS=ref/6,518,209&RS=REF/6,518,209. These are going to afford us to capitalize on this market long before any other competition can penetrate our market.

Just how is AMVS going to create cash flows off of their patented designs? Two ways: creative designs aimed at sports, military, niche enthusiasts as well as companies looking to advertise their products.

There are 1000’s of potential designs such as Ball Sports, pro or college, which there are millions of fans that love to support their favorite teams. “SGMA’s State of the Industry report provides a look inside the sporting goods industry, nearly a $50 billion industry annually (at wholesale).” - http://www.redasports.com/ Currently the team at AMVS has former Laker MVP Mychal Thompson on the advisory board. Mychal is the radio color analyst for the Los Angeles Lakers and hosts a talk show on KLAC with over one million listeners. He follows the team to every game and is in close with the management of several pro teams. As you can see Mychal will be a keyplayer in securing logos via the pro basketball teams and aiding in the promotion of the product via his show.

A mutually beneficial role will be with advertising on the wheels. The closest we have yet to see is the delivery field such as UPS who have brown wheels as their token logo. Back in April 2004 AMVS provided All American Propane with customized wheel designs for its entire fleet of trucks. The company received hundreds of calls about where they got their American designed wheels. Virtually, the entire trucking industry is a future market for AMVS.

“It is estimated that there are 15.5 million trucks operating in the U.S. Of this figure 1.9 million are tractor-trailers. It is also estimated over 3.3 million truck drivers in the U.S.  Of that one in ten are independent, a majority of which are owner operators. Canada has in excess of 250,000 truck drivers.” - http://www.truckinfo.net/trucking/stats.htm#Size%20Stats.

Picture yourself driving down the road looking at the sides/wheels of those 18-wheelers. Every truck that passes you is generating free advertising for the trucking company. Now picture yourself staring at those eye-popping custom-made AMVS wheel designs. Get the picture? The possibilities are endless.

The company has made it clear that they plan to begin the process to enlist on the OTCBB to become a fully reporting issuer. This process has already and hopefully will be completed in the near future.

The key to the initial success is going to be the finalization of the new website and initiation of the web marketing program. Both have already started. This will enable the consumer the opportunity to purchase the wheels directly off the site. Completion of the new site will has been estimated to finalize in a few weeks. In addition to the individual consumer, auto dealerships, wheel/tire vendors, and auto accessories shops will also be targeted.

The value is definitely there and we are very confident in management’s current abilities. They are working with patent lawyers, auditors, consultants, and actively pursuing new contract deals with numerous logos (many are ready to be announced). Currently you may view the prototype of the Navy Wheel here: www.novakcapital.com/amvs.html. Take a look at the company now or wait until you see some of the designs on the car or truck next to you. You decide!

Well, as we saw, some selling pressure pushed this back to .07-.08's.. Last few days looks to be building itself back up.. information on www.pinksheets.com has been updated with contact and website information.. so that's a good sign the company is turning the boat around.

Subject: AMVS questions

-How did AMVS pay off its debt without having any revenues?

Word on the street is that ‘NovakCapital’ contributed money, what kind of security did they get? A set of wheels? (That was asked here http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=7021271 )

The debt ($170k) was collectively paid off by several large shareholders who put up about half of the debt and Novak put up the other half. We are very long with this company and have also purchased near 1 million shares in the open market since our debut in March. Some very exciting developments are coming and we anticipate to see new doors open.

-On the AMVS homepage, there is a blue ‘automobile’ pictured with the Marine Corps logo which is not a Hummer, nor does it look like a GM Truck. I’ve tried to match the shape to another car, but no luck so far, what car is that?

The car pictured is not a Hummer or GM. It is actually a sports car that has not been fully designed for the wheel release yet. We are focused on the Hummer and GM hub caps and the designer coatings for fleet trucks. We will have more info regarding the other model role outs as they become available.

-Someone on IHUB asked if the wheels were certified for highway driving. What brand/model are the rims and actual tires?

The wheels are certified for highway driving by all means. We have pictures of the vehicles that we are using as demos right now on the websites. www.novakcapital.com/amvs.html www.automotivespecialtyconcepts.com

We have produced wheels for fleet trucks and Hummers mainly thus far and all have been used on the highway driving. The demand for these products and other lines are growing and we are steps away from rolling out new products.

We also mentioned that we canceled all plans to become a BDC which means a business development company. This would allow them to sell 5 million dollars a year of company stock. We find this very negative and have advised against it. The company is expecting Paul Stringer and Mychal Thompson to be doing an interview sometime this week. Please stay tuned and have a great day.

Clayton

Just to clear it up.. a BDC would allow them to sell $5mil of stock a year, they cancelled those plans, so this is very good.

With AMVS at a show this week, from a few sources I heard this, I'd expect a PR on it. Recent developments indicate we'll be seeing some strong increases in the PPS in the near future, the company has turned itself around, and is building a base from which to launch itself and create a strong foothold in the marketplace.

I know, I know... I keep talking to myself... I don't care...

I've been thinking about the recent PR's, stuff I've received in reply to my email to Novak Capital and input from others...

AMVS has turned itself around, and has steamed ahead past where we have expected it to be, based on the information we know. They have added dexsports.com with it's licenses (that doesn't mean AMVS can use those licenses, but sure gets the foot in the door), they've added Football Hall of Famer Mel Renfro to the mix, and also 'new business model' ... Not to mention already having Mychal Thompson on board. Now you can look at this as a bag of mixed nuts, or as something much bigger.

-Bag of mixed nuts: Why would MT still be with them? Why would Mel and Dex join up? Too many questions to just be a bag of mixed nuts

-Much bigger: Well, here is the grey area... What does this all mean? Speculation... AMVS has gone from a company with little more than a patent license and no products to speak of, to a company with products, yes, PLURAL, marketing and sales, affiliates, spokespersons that have some muscle behind them, etc... New business model... This feels like a teaser... I think there is much more behind these simple words... And if the recent increase in PR's, since the debt payoff, is any indication, I think we are going to be seeing some big things coming for this company in the very short term.. tomorrow? monday? (not friday i hope, or atleast after close) and over the next weeks to months.

I believe this is a dual play... swing trade/short term (week to a month) and also long term (2-6 months)...

short term: $0.20-$0.40
long term: $1.00+

Highlights:

- LOI for DexSports.com (JV or Acquire)
- DEA/SAMHSA interest in regards to raising awareness of the harmful dangers of using steroids.

Automotive Specialty Concepts, Inc. Announces LOI With DexSports
Thursday July 28, 2:55 pm ET

VANCOUVER, Wash., July 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Automotive Specialty Concepts (Other OTC:AMVS.PK - News) said today that it has a LOI pending to joint venture or acquire DexSports, LLC (http://www.dexsports.com) from Dexter Morrison.

``We have had a strong relationship with Mr. Morrison,'' said Paul H. Stringer, President of Automotive Specialty Concepts, ``and look forward to supporting his programs to expand synergistic relationships between AMVS and DexSports.''

DexSports historically has been focused on sales of light switch plates and other sports memorabilia. In the past DexSports had NBA, NFL and other licenses.

DexSports is announcing a series of fundraising programs, to reach young people and raise money at the same time, and is now producing customizable light switch plates for high school sport's teams, and offering a variety of apparel.

Mr. Morrison said, ``We anticipate that our light switch plate will find its place as a billboard to spread positive messages to players, coaches, and parents alike. The program consists of a light switch cover with the respective team's logo, that will be sold at a premium to the student body or local communities.

``The THSCA Trade Show went very well. Over 300 schools coaches signed up for more information on the fundraising programs. We made more terrific contacts, including the DEA, SAMHSA - a drug testing organization, and booster clubs. The DEA stressed that they would like to get more involved with DexSports to raise the awareness of the harmful dangers of using steroids. They commented that this was an issue nobody was properly addressing at this time.

``We have plans to get Mel Renfro involved with the DEA, going out into the field and talking to parents and kids for school functions. We feel this will be another great way to prove that we believe in our key slogan ''Education, Sports, and Community.``

We continue to see management moving this company forward, building a solid base of people to bring the new business model into full swing. Indications are that we'll be seeing a lot more coming out in PR's over the next days/weeks as they ramp up operations.

Just thinking out loud here...

With this DexSports acquisition, let's say they make $500/school they sign up for the light switch plates and they sign up 1000 schools... That's $500k in revenue minus cost of producing the plates.. say $2.50 each? That would be $250k profits minus any traveling expenses, brochures, etc.. It's not a lot, but for AMVS it's a start and that's not including any money made from their rim products which we should be hearing about shortly.

Thoughts? Ideas?

Anything sub .10 is a good entry point for a good double within the next month, but .05-.06 is a gift... 4x potential in the near term... Take a look at the recent PR's, the people coming on board, new business model... I've said it before, we are in for something big here.

Grabbed more yesterday at .051, only a partial fill, but still nice, trying .05 today, so if you are impatient, I'd be happy to buy them from you [Smile] .

Automotive Specialty Concepts Announces New Division
Wednesday August 17, 2:30 pm ET

VANCOUVER, Wash., Aug. 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Automotive Specialty Concepts (Other OTC:AMVS.PK - News) announced today that is forming a new, wholly owned subsidiary under the AMVS umbrella.
Dexter Morrison will be president -- the mission is to provide drug awareness and fundraising programs for the nation's youth.

``We will provide a variety of products such as light-switch covers, t-shirts, and other such memorabilia to reinforce drug awareness programs with positive messages and will offer organizations an opportunity to raise money via the sale of these reinforced programs,'' said Mr. Morrison.

``In the process we will further build our AMVS brand, and expect to generate sales of related products and programs.''

Currently, legislative pressure is building to reduce drug use among the nation's athletes. Congress is pressuring the Drug Enforcement Administration (http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/) and school Boards to find ways to stop the raging steroid use. Several States have set up random drug testing but many others are complaining.

The company has already sent information to the Congress officials who are making the decisions and are in contact with them about our programs. Also several schools in Texas have already placed orders including Crawford High School as well as several in the state of Washington.

The programs have received major interest already with the help of celebrity Mel Renfro, Dallas Cowboy Hall-of-Famer. Mr. Renfro has taken an interest to fight the steroid issues and support the fundraising goals of each organization. Mr. Renfro already has a foundation in which helps kids with drug problems. http://www.starfishfoundation.com

Steroid use is at an all time high and rising.

-- Drug testing is often times being masked and found ineffective.
-- The Drug Enforcement Administration (http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/)
has indicated to AMVS that would like to get more involved with
AMVS to raise the awareness of the harmful dangers of using
steroids. They commented that this was an issue nobody was properly
addressing at this time.
-- There is a commission with Congress to find ways to prevent
steroids from infiltrating high schools.
-- Drug testing is too expensive for regular use and education is
the best tool. AMVS programs educate and build fundraising
within the schools.
-- Dallas Cowboy Football Hall-of-Famer Mel Renfro is looking to
front run this with Mychal Thompson, Former professional National
Basketball Association player, to relay the message to kids.

``High schools are latest target in battle against steroids'' http://www.azcentral.com/sports/preps/articles/0728hsroids0728.html

-- "In California, which has modeled its program after Arizona, most
districts also feel it costs too much to test. Because
affordability is the main rub, to this point districts have kept
education as the main tool in efforts to curb steroids use among
high school students."
-- "'Roids on the rise -- 7.3 percent of ninth-graders reported
steroids use in the most recent study, 2003."
-- "Buckeye football coach Bobby Barnes, whose program received
national attention two years ago when he kicked 11 players off
his team for admitted steroids use, is on a roundtable commission
with Congress to find ways to prevent steroids from infiltrating
high schools. Also on the committee with Barnes are U.S.
Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., House Reform Committee Chairman Tom
Davis, R-Va., and Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, along
with specialists and parents."
