In the past the Company has mentioned that VOXBOX may be a candidate for a takeover. The possibility of developing the business for being a takeover candidate is still part of the growth plans but a key step in achieving the goals of VOXBOX is attaining funding at a faster rate and being public on its own should be a step in the right direction.

I saw that yesterday too, not much for the PPS though. They've been pretty silent for a while. With this I'm guessing that their filing will be right behind this, I'm going to throw an uneducated guess of Tuesday or Wednesday. JMO.

and Global Bancorp, Inc. Announces VOXBOX to Become Public Through a Restructuring Plan Monday June 13, 10:37 am ET
LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 13, 2005 -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC BB:JPHCE.OB - News) today announces it is currently executing a VOXBOX restructuring plan with Global Bancorp. Inc., its joint venture Partner in VOXBOX (www.myvoxbox.com). This restructuring plan will enable VOXBOX to go public in a short period if time.
Specifically, under the restructuring plan, Global Bancorp, Inc., a pink sheet traded company under the ticker symbol GBBI (www.gbbi.us), will repurchase JUPITER's interest in VOXBOX. Upon completion of the repurchase GBBI will change its name to VOXBOX and subsequently change its ticker symbol, therefore enabling VOXBOX to be a publicly traded company.
ADVERTISEMENT JUPITER will receive a minority interest in common shares of GBBI for its sale of its interest in VOXBOX back to GBBI. It is planned for JUPITER to retain the right to acquire up to 50% of GBBI as part of the restructuring plan.
This overall restructuring plan is underway now and GBBI will work diligently to execute the transition of changing itself to VOXBOX. As previously stated, the potential for the VOXBOX business and its need for capital have led its management to implement these plans.
