UVCL - Should run STRONG ALL WEEK! Great Financials out last week, and people finally realizaed after the 8k that THIS RS will be a GREAT one (Like VLVT and NHTC) because it will put us back on NASDAQ !!!
Also - do your DD and read up on what we reverse-mergered with: Bigstring.com
Have any of you bought these UVCL Reports? Pachala's or Morningstar?

Only our good Lord knows how high it can run, but I'm hoping to blow past the .172 it hit in October .03 when we were nothing but a Cell Phone Rental outfit for Travelers!
This Bigstring.com is HUGE! This is one I can see me holding on to for a few years, although I plan on plying it like a fiddle on the way up for El Mucho Free shares. If I get caught out but I'm up 500-1000%, I won't scream and cry, I'll just say "Thank you UVCL and Bigstring"!

I just bought UVCL Morningstar and Pachala Reports, and don't feel they were worth the price, so I'm sharing the Morningstar report with you FREE (I can't beleive they charged me $7 for what's on Edgar for free), BUT...... LOOK AT THAT CHART! See the $1.50 + for UVCL 3 and 4 years ago? Baaaa Beeee I HOPE we're going home!

Geez, Guess I didn't miss much yesterday. We didn't have DSL all day and many lost power for hours 'cuz of VIOLENT storms. I was petrified driving down't Sawgrass Expressway to Turnpike to MIA. Was raining so hard it was like a snow-blizzard; I couldn't see the truck in front of me and he had all his lights on all around the rectangle of his box. And the thunder and lightning.....
I hear we got up to .032 but vol. was low.
Will be out much of today too...... Hope SOMETHING good happens...

MMs Raising their asks pre-mkt! 1/.03, NITE/.032, Schwab/33, 1/35, 2/39 and all the others I can see are asking .04 now! (I can only see 15 and there are 6 more - I'm on Ameritrade's Level II) !

Can someone explain in English, what does this mean.
R/S split, more shares avalable? If they sold all equities, doesn't this bring the price down?
Why are you buying in this stock?
I'm interested in this one, just can't find a solid reason to get in, such as WFTV PLNI and HISC, they announce products.
Just shoot me and let me know your reasons why get in this one.

On May 20, 2005 we entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with Recall Mail Corporation.
Recall operates an e-mail service for individuals and businesses that uses patent-pending technology which permits users to erase, recall, modify and set an expiration date for their e-mails, even after they have been sent.
The Agreement and Plan of Merger provides for the merger of a wholly-owned subsidiary of UniverCell into Recall. In the merger each thirty outstanding shares of common stock of UniverCell will be changed into one share of Univercell, and the shareholders of Recall will receive shares of UniverCell common stock for their Recall shares expected to represent 76.3% of UniverCell's common stock, on a fully-diluted basis, following the merger.
The proposed merger is subject to certain customary conditions, including UniverCell and Recall receiving shareholder and regulatory approval.

Damn, I have NO Faith in the Rally Monkey any MORE! MMs START to runs us and then STOP us cold in our tracks! NITE CONTROLS the OTC & Stinky Pinkies! We don't run til NITE wants us to.
I also think the float is LESS than 50,000,000 - ONLY because I'm guessing that if Sean Fulda holds 101,000,000 shares, then I would think his family and friends and Temple (See who had shares 2 yrs. ago at Edgar.com) have at LEAST another 50,000,000 between them.
IF SO, then there isn't much to go around..... And NO ONE wants to Sell under .055 or more (I use that because we spiked to .054 last Friday)!
